My view Architecture is the reaching out for the truth. Louis Kahn In Architecture main quality for me is intellectuality. Problems raised by architecture lately, can be solved only with really intellectual, scientific but creative approach. I believe that it is important to follow minimalistic way in design procesess. Cleaning of excess, allow to achieve more effective, sustainable results. Wide using of reserch methods and deep analyse in Architecture, Art and Design could be succes output to a new level in contemporary challenges.

CONVENTO de NISIDA*

Nisida Island, Naples, Italy Exchange semester 2013, ETSAM tutors: Prof. Alberto Campo Baeza, Alejandro Virseda Aizpun, Jesus Donaire Garcia de la Mora, Joao Quintela, Jose Jaraiz Perez author: Alexander Tkachenko *NISIDA ISLAND MONASTERY

Nisida is a volcanic islet of the Flegrean Islands archipelago, in southern Italy. It lies at a very short distance from Cape Posillipo, just north of Naples; it is now connected to the mainland by a stone bridge. The islet is almost circular, with a flooded crater forming the bay of Porto Paone on the southwest coast. It has a diameter of c. 0.5 km and a highest altitude of 105 m. The name of the island comes from the Greek for «islet» (small island), for which the Latinized accusative was nesida. My main idea for this monastery of 22 monks, was to put it on the top of the south wing, make it kind of a stronhold of the faith. In the middle of the beach resort, it’s pure round form made from the rocks-colored concrete will be seems from everywhere, meanwhile structure brings privacy for inhabitant with selected view to the sea horizont.

Moscow, Russia Loose interactions workshop AA visiting school,Strelka institute. august 2013 tutors: Maria Fedorchenko, Eugene Han author: Alexander Tkachenko STREET TRADING OBJECT CATALOGUE Street trading- selling or exposing or offering for sale any garticle in a street. I choose this theme becouse street trading is that kind of thing that all o us use everyday. At first i analizedsituation in Moscow. Nowdays goverment fights with them, these theme getting more demanded, especially in case of recycling. I tried to decomposite, simplify kiosk as elementary architecture form. Conclusion of these small research is that approach without strong architecture view, makes kiosk ugly. I desstinguish three main strategies to work with street trading objects: RECYCLING/NEW ELEMENTS; DUCKS/DECORATED SHED MOBILE/IMMOBILE

MICRORAYON *

Moscow, Russia Academic course, 2012 4th year, MArhi tutors: Prof. I. Lezhava, M. Shubenkova, E. Munarez, E. Kozhushannaya author: Alexander Tkachenko Microdistrict, or microraion, is a residential complex—a primary structural element of the residential area construction in the Soviet Union and in some post-Soviet and former Communist states. Residential districts in most of the cities and towns in Russia and the republics of the former Soviet Union were built in accordance with this concept. According to the Construction Rules and Regulations of the Soviet Union, a typical microdistrict covered the area of 10–60 hectares (30–160 acres), up to but not exceeding 80 hectares (200 acres) in some cases, and comprised residential dwellings (usually multi-story apartment buildings) and public service buildings. The site for this project is former industrial port near city center on the Moscow river. Proposal was to combine russian city regulation rules with new urbanism principles in two project- disrict and housing block.

HOUSING BLOCK Moscow, Russia Academic course, 2012 4th year, MArhi tutors: Prof. I. Lezhava, M. Shubenkova, E. Munarez, E. Kozhushannaya author: Alexander Tkachenko

Second part of the district project was designing housing block. I have choosen site on the embankment. I made platform in size of the site in wich i put trading on the perimeter and parking inside. on the top there are two blocks: on social housing for exstudents and young families and smaller block for free trade. on the top of the platform there is private courtyard with light holes to the parking. Form and configuration of the blocks provide maximum sun and views for all apartments.

*AUTOMATED PEOPLES PARKING

An automated parking system (APS) is a mechanical system designed to minimize the area and volume required for parking cars. Like a multi-story parking garage, an APS provides parking for cars on multiple levels stacked vertically to maximize the number of parking spaces while minimizing land usage. In this project i tried to solve a huge problem with parking space in Moscow. I made proposal which includes two systems: mechanical parking and facade system. According to this, it’s possible to built parking everywhere, with just choosing right facade.
