What type of relationship do you have with your morning ritual?

- Stressfull somedays - Breakfast food changes according to my mood - I like to keep calm however, I struggle with time

Think of an analogy for the type of relationship you have with your morning ritual.

Work could be a good analogy since there are some pain points with stress. Same happens during my weekly mornings (always trying to be on time for everything).

- Relaxing - Breakfast food changes according to my mood - I like to have a calm breakfast - Running, swimming or other related activity before lunch

Weekend to me is like to be on holyday..even for a very short amount of time.
