DESIGN REFLECTS ONE’S THOUGHTS, CREATIVITY, AND PERSPECTIVES, MAKING EVERY PIECE UNIQUE. THROUGHOUT THE DESIGN, ONE CAN EXPERIENCE THE ESSENCE OF THE DESIGNER. THROUGHOUT ARCHITECTURE, MY GOAL IS TO CREATE SPACES THAT HAVE EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCES WHILE REINFORCING OUR SOCIETY.

LERUBAN NYC SKY CONDO NEW YORK, NY STUDIO IV PROFESSOR OWLIN

The project was taken from the previous competition, NYC Sky Condo: NYC Farming Tower. The requirements of this project was to create a building that was 40% residential, 40% vertical garden, and 10% commercial area. The main focus on this project was context. The site of our project was next to the High Line in New York , so we had to take in consideration the surroundings. One of the biggest and most important ones was movement, which was slow on the High Line side and ver y busy on the other side. The purpose of Le Ruban is to separate the programs meaning, public from private, while keeping them tied up together. It ser ves as an extension of the highline vertically. This can be experienced throughout the ramps on which one gets the opportunity to enjoy the vertical farming from the private residential while walking through it. Therefore, Le Ruban is creating an interactive space between public and private. Your journey ends on the rooftop where there is a greenhouse for educational purposes or just simply enjoy the view.

BUMPANDMIND COMME DES GARCONS AOYAMA , JAPAN FUNDAMENTALS III PROFESSOR JAMINET

The premise of this project was to reimagine the concept of the architectural object using the “object within object“ theor y. Objects will be refined and reconfigured to initiate all phases of the architectural argument developing the formal-aesthetic logic, while also organizing the volumetric-programmatic parameters. In my case, my design follows the super component idea. That is, the interior cr ystalline figure pokes out of the exterior object. The points from the super component create a strange relationship with the exterior object and unexpected spaces are created. The object starts hidden at the bottom of the building, as it goes up the points suddenly become individual and starts behaving differently from each other, some of the poking out while others are covered. The purpose of this building is to have ver y strange space created by the interior and exterior object inspired on the Comme Des Garcons fashion elements .

LARADIANTE MULTI-GENERATION RESIDENCE SAVANNAH. GA STUDIO I PROFESSOR ADAMS

This project studies humanisim. Therefore, the objective was to make a multi-generational residence with a food-based business. The site provided was located in the Victorian District in Savannah, 310 W. Bolton St. La Radiante seeks to communicate the significance of unity through a program that involves a residential and small commercial area. Both of these share a patio which turns it into the core, making ever ything radiate from it. It is a natural landscape that interacts with the house due to its multiple views. The family that lives in La Radiente has an Italian background. Therefore, the food-based business was an Italian Trattoria which provided homemade goods such as pasta and sauces.
