The exhibition of the school achievements, of agricultural machinery. Centre is used as platform for festivals, workshops and other activities.

Village attracts students and teachers from the city. Development of the school has strong economic connections with the city's consumers of agricultural products.

Experimental Field

Farm School

The land owned by farm school, that used both for training for students and for development of new technologies of cultivation. Successfully tested innovations may used in the main planting.

Innovative educational platform where locals and visitors learn farming. Accomodation and plot of land are provided for cultivation and creating sustainable living society of profesional farmers. As a consequence - further development of economy of the village and the whole region. School graduates qualified personnel to work in this area.

Industrial Zone

Rehab Center

Farm school students can engage in both agriculture and livestock farming. With help of modern technologies it is planned to improove quality and move to eco friendly production.

Medical "sanatorium" where people who got an addiction can have rehabilitation course. The idea of ths type of rehab is not only medical treatment, but in addition rehab by labor on the Farm school plots and fields.

Tourism

Cultural center

Tourist areas are located in the peripheral area of the village. It consists from FITNESS resort and fishing BASE. Farmers of the village provides tourists with fresh food. Tourisme plays a significant role in social and economical connections with the city.

Includes various cultural institutions such as cinema, shopping center and library

The shopkeepers boulevard Platform for the development of individual production and crafts sales. Each participant can get an opportunity to sell their products directly to consumers. Everyone can open here their own store, workshop, can give lessons and many other opportunities. This alley ia a center of social life of the village

Agritourism This is developing and perspective type of tourism. In this village tourists from urban areas can get a plot for cultivation or they can take care of some plants or animals in farm school. It is also attract new students to the farm school and raise popularity of agriculture in the region.

Village main square with park, kindergarden, library and community center. The shopkeepers boulevard starts from this square.

The Cattle farm that makes village export products. And this is the main source of income

Education, exposition and rehab

Tourist base

Despite of location this is a heart of the village. School educate farmers and test new technologies on the fields nearby. Expo-center shows to visitors achievements of Farm school and sell new plant varieties. Rehab treat their patients by labor on the same fields

Located on wetlands base is perfectly suite for fishing and relaxation. It consist of three areas with camping houses.

Description

Restaurant consists of two levels and underground parking with entrance through an open ramp. The view from both levels opens to the Globe Theatre. On the second floor there are several zones (bar, tables for two persons, and tables for companies). There are also rooms for presentations, conferences and summer terrace.

Background Reconstructed qarter is situated in Novosibirsk, Russia, between Kirova, Shevchencko, Sakko-Vancetty and Leningradskaya streets. Now this area is a depressive sector in the periphery of the city center. It consists mostly of private houses, thats why it has low functional saturation and as consequence it has low attractiveness for citizens. However location nearby the city center attracts investors. But the plan of city development does not contain refunctionalisation of this area. A series of identic high-rise building will build up on this territory, that can not solve the problem of scanty social environment.

Analysis Preliminary analysis shows the concentration of universities in adjoining area with approximately 25000 students. So students as a layer of society have special requirements that does not catered.

Solution The main idea of reconstruction is turn this quarter into the center of student’s initiatives

The main features of student’s lifestyle

The idea

1. Socialization requirement Young people need to form new social links, to find business and life partners. They need social assimilation and acquisition of skills and knowledges that will make them succesful in future. 2. Social integration. To build links between individuals and groups and to find themselves in the social structure 3. Intensive self-development process. Daily work to improove personal qualities. Concentration on the aims and efforts and its achievement with the help of knowledges and skills.

Creation or a self-regulated multifunctional public space for students initiatives.

Problem

1. Increasing the quantity of places with high students concentration.Giving an opportunity to communicate with people who have different proffesions. 2. Increasing the diversity of communication types- friendship, partnership, mutual learning. 3. Increasing the diversity of an environment.

Existed environment doesn’t have nesessaryproperties and attributes, which satisfy all dynamic demands of student’s lifestyle. Therefore to create a space fpr student activities and to include them in a social system of a big city we need to change an environment.

Object: Multilevel semi-aided parking for 300 vehicles. With office unit. The site is located in a central district of Novosibirsk on the intersection of Krasny prospect and Kolyvanskaya street.

Analysis Transport -the site is located nearby federal road – “Chuysky tract”. -this is only possible to make exit and entrance only on Kolyvanskaya street, because of standards which forbid to make exit roads to Federal road. -the site is situated in zone of transfer due to railway station “Center” and Bus-terminal -there is no parking for private car in this area.

Pedestrian and vehicle paths - There is absence of detour around the site - Kolyvanskaya street has dead end -Usage of local street as throughfare -pedestrian access is possible only from Kolyvanskaya and Krasny prospect, Access from the other sides is obstacle - Public transport stations: bus, trolleybus and tramway are located nearby the site.

Quantity of floors -45 % of buildings has 5-6 floors - 10 floor buildings are located on Ippodromskaya street and not visible from Krasny prospect - buildings that are closed to the site have 10, 3, 4, 5 floors.

Functions -Potential users of projected parking are people who are live and work in 500-meters area. Useful area limited by railway line that divide this area in half. - The site is located in the begining of main street of Novosibirsk. But there is no parking lots, that can serve this area. Potential user: - 7.00 - 19.00 employees of nearest oficces - 19.00 - 7.00 habitants of houses nearby - people from further workplaces who had lack of parking lot near their office building. - Clients who want to rent a parking place for a long period of time.

Eclecticism of the begining of ĐĽĐĽ century. The building was built in 1906.

Composition analysis - The bridge is the main composition dominant and it overlaps first 4 floors of parking when moving from the begining of Krasny prospect. - the other dominant in 500 - meter radius is Alexander Nevsky cathedral. - Absense of high- rise dominant. - there is 10 level building aroud the site

Postconstructivism. The building was built in 1930.

Facade design In agreement with compositional analysis the main emphasis is the red color. It is used in the design of facade. Finishing materials - terracotta baguettes and zinc panels. First floor is plastered. Terracotta baguettes in the south side of the building are used as solar protection.

Building configuration The parking is combining with office building. The building consist from two volumes: the parking is low and wide and the office high and narrow. Adjoining building is used as prototype of volume composition. Adjoining building is in postconstructivisme style and it made up of massive orthogonal shapes.

The color scheme of the facade is based on composition analysis. That shows that the main colors in this area is red and grey. .

Landscaping Trees that exist at the moment was saved. Bare ground replaced by lawn grass. At 6 meter distance from building the lawn is is strengthened by geogrid for passage for fire truck in the west side of the building.

Living room can be used as a meeting place for all family members of different generations, it has passages from husband's cabinet and from living room of the older generation. And it has an access to the 2nd floor. Guest room can be transformed to a second child room.
