Located in downtown St. Louis, a modern marketing workplace utilizes current design trends and industry research to echo the evolution of workplace cultures. Pulling inspiration from the historic building, Forge Marketing Office appreciates the originality of its team members by supplying an assortment of work zones. Collaboration spaces allow the area to be used for both work and relaxation. This design promotes users to network with peers who recognize the worth of personal and professional connections.

02. BOXCAR Micro-Apartments
Nestled in the center of downtown St. Louis, Missouri, Boxcar Apartments is a series of micro-units, designed to achieve a sense of spaciousness, comfort, and efficiency, even while shrinking the footprint of a typical apartment. Residential units orient internally towards the common areas. The large communal kitchen and multiple public living spaces emphasize the idea of community and strike a balance between shared space and private space, helping to encourage a culture that could reduce living costs and provide a supportive community.

Penn Quarter in Washington D.C. is both a historical and contemporary neighborhood, combining the classical architecture of D.C. and pairing it with modern furnishings to provide a positive and fresh environment. Next Hub reveals the downtown city views and an inviting and engaging atmosphere, located on the top two levels of a boutique building that includes a restored historic structure.

04. ANIMAL WELLNESS CENTER Veterinary Hospital - Capstone
A visit to a veterinary hospital should feel like a walk in the park. Creating a low stress environment for animals promotes healing and wellness. Sage Animal Wellness Center is a modern, state-of-the-art veterinary center which brings the convenience of multiple services into one friendly and inviting place. Natural materials such as wood and stone anchor the exterior; the interior glass courtyard invites clients into the bright open reception area. Along with basic veterinary care, the Wellness Center provides surgical suites, pet grooming, dog day care, dog training, and dog and cat boarding.
