Pizza «Sicilian» style

Italian pizza "Four Seasons"

Remove the skin from ripe tomatoes, cut in half, remove the seeds, finely chop the pulp, combine with 1 tbsp. olive oil, chopped basil (you can use dry basil), sugar, salt, then mix, carefully drain the excess juice. Put the tomato puree on the pizza base, cut each clove of garlic across the length into almost transparent, very thin slices, lay evenly on the tomatoes, then arrange the chopped olives in rings. Sprinkle pizza with thyme and oregano, grated parmesan (or thinly sliced cheese), drizzle with olive oil and bake pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until done. Classic pizza with sausage
Ingredients: 100ml water 6 circles of any sausage (better - salami or pepperoni) 1.5 cups flour 4-5st.l. grated cheese 4 tbsp. olive oil 3-4 tbsp. tomato paste 1 tsp baking powder for oregano dough ground black pepper salt Cooking method: Sift flour together with baking powder, make a hole in the center, pour olive oil and boiled water into the hole, in a circular motion, gradually collecting flour around the hole, knead a homogeneous dough, roll it into a layer 0.5 cm thick, put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Put the tomato puree evenly on the pizza base, sprinkle with grated cheese, put the sausage mugs on top, sprinkle the pizza with oregano and black pepper. Pizza "Margherita"
Ingredients: 450 g premium wheat flour 200 g mozzarella (or fiordilatte) 200 g peeled tomatoes 30 g brewer's yeast 100 ml olive oil 3 basil leaves Salt Cooking method: Separate the mozzarella and peeled tomatoes from the liquid in which they were stored and cut into cubes.
