Let‟s type this keyword on Google. There are 12,400,000 results. Quite a lot! :) Now let‟s put it in quotes, so search for “herbal remedies”. Using quotes will give a much better representation of the competition. I got 22,700,000 results. In most cases you‟ll see a much lower number for long tail keywords.
