The Hyper Filter Skyscraper (The Project was awarded The Honorable Mention in The 2014 skyscraper competition by eVolo Magazine. Statement One of the greatest problems that the world is facing today is that of environmental pollution, increasing with every passing year and causing grave and irreparable damage to the Earth.
Environmental pollution can be divided into the following types: Local, Regional and Global. This process is considered as an evidence of atmosphere recourses finiteness and it shows limits of the natural atmosphere self-regeneration. However sharp increasing pollution has reached the level of self-regeneration inability and even stepped over this border. Under nowadays level of pollution harmful substances from air pollution source spread over dozens and hundred kilometers. The term “pollution source� itself means a lot. A whole region and even a country can represent a single pollution source. By now some important problems of anthropogenic Earth pollution have appeared.
They are as follows: 1. Possible climate changes caused by technogenic warmth, carbon dioxide and volatile solids emission to the atmosphere. 2. The Earth ozone layer damage possibility connected with freons, nitrogen oxides and some other environmental contaminants. 3. Global environment pollution from radioactive material, heavy metals and pesticides shows harmful impact on the ecology system. 4. The problem of water pollution from atmosphere precipitation, stream flow, ground and water transport. 5. Problems of atmospheric transfer and acid rain.

The Tree Skyscraper (The Project was designed for participanting in The 2011 skyscraper competition by eVolo Magazine). The possibility of creation skyscrapers on the water is quite high as a consequence of global climate changes on the planet. The project covers the urban development issue that ask people a question: what would happen to the city if the oceans flood the entire cities. The design describes the idea of a skyscraper that may exist separately of urban infrastructure. Another name of the skyscraper - the Ark. The Skyscraper has all the main types of life support. Such as energy buildings, food production (greenhouses for growing crops), social services (housing, medicine) and culture (entertainment, sports, etc.). Livelihoods of the building are supported by air power which is converted into electrical energy and consumed for heating, ventilation, waste management, water purification. Electricity generators are two little towers. Building envelope converts air to static electricity that builds up in the battery building and passed through the channels to all areas of the structure.

(The Project was designed for participanting in The Superskyscraper Competition 2013 by http://www.superskyscrapers.com/). Currently scarcity of land resources increasingly affects urban planning. Most innovative ideas appeal not only to solve the overpopulation problem but also improve ecological situation. Hong Kong is a vibrant city where urbanization has reached its zenith. However Hong Kong is also a city located on both sides of the peninsula which has beautiful landscapes of broad hills and amazing waterfront. Like most big cities in the Earth Hong Kong has faced the problem caused by urbanization. Pollution, carbon dioxide emissions, river, sea and land poisoning ‌These is the totality of problems lead to the main architecture tendency nowadays. It is environmental friendliness. This environmental friendliness of architecture shall express itself in ability to reconstruct the environment where a human appeared. City size limitation brings the new forms and content to architecture that fits with existing scenery. The image of an empty unoccupied skyscraper where the life was born is the main idea of this skyscraper`s creation. Spirit of nature completely captured the building and turned it to urban countryside.
The building is a cover, installation, the one that has connection with the city, its infrastructure. It corresponds with the citizen`s needs such as parking, accommodation, service, office. The main functional zones of the skyscraper are plant-raising, massive open spaces in the form of parks, grasslands and recreational zones. A mixture of repeated elements of the existing urban architecture and massive green planting creates the fundamental contrast of the architecture form. The unique character of the construction is shown by vivid energy of nature and wild life appeared in the building, but not by futuristic touch. Besides the parcel of land location allows visitors to enjoy the marvelous coastline view. This is one of the main features of this big modern city. Surroundings, neighborhood, accessibility by transport and by walk make this place perfect for the skyscraper to bring soul of nature to the concrete jungle of the city.

The Shopping Center is located in the center of residential neighborhood at the corner of the intersection of the main streets of the city. Maximum use of the the center area is the main condition of design. Plastic form of the main building facade facilitates massive volume and symbolizes starry colorful sky.
