Modern Senior Living Community Trey Erwin, Wyatt Gosnell, Nick Olsen, Alex Regier This Senior Living Community is situated in Downtown Omaha Nebraska, holding thirty units of Independent Living, ten units of Assisted Living, and ten units of Memory Care. This project pushes typical assumptions of retirement communities, creating a modern, urban experience befitting users of any age while subtly incorporating necessary considerations for the aging population. 1 Bar and Game Room Interior Perspective: This program fills the Anheuser-Busch Building (1887), continuing its historic narrative while adapting to modern use. The space is furnished with Seniors in mind featuring a wheelchair accessible bar area, soft corners, and ample lighting.
