Bio My childhood is what drives me to be successful, I want the best for my family, having suffered a horrid childhood with my Mother after my birth, an unforgettable evil. My Biological Father, whom I have no desire to meet nor communicate with. My Mother is what inspires me in day to day life, after what life throws at her, she manages to immerge with a smile. My goal in life is to make her proud, she is my rock. A rock that blossoms into a flower. Ever since I was a small child, I have sang. Imitating my Mother as she was the one who sang in the house. I picked up my trait from my Mother, learning to accept what life throws at us, and still carry on. Smiling when things are hard, and being there for those who need someone. Education Attended Saint Gregory’s RC Primary school from 2001 – 2007 followed by Secondary School ‘Mount Saint Joseph, Business and Enterprise College’. In which I accumulated 9 GCSE’s. Two of these GCSE’s being in Art, the other in Textiles. Achieved B’s in both. In 2013 I started college, taking up four A Levels: Music, Drama, Textiles and Photography, But decided to drop Music in my second year. This was because I loved music as a hobby, as I struggled with the theory, I felt it was driving me to dislike studying the subject. I still love music, but I feel I would not study the theoretical side of the subject. September 2015 I began my life as a University student at University of Bolton studying Theatre. Where I have ongoing exams and assignments. Meeting deadlines, while taking part in beneficial activities outside of the Uni, to add to my Theatre experiences, after being a cast member of various plays throughout my life, it would be a good opportunity for me to work behind the scenes, alongside directors and work with like minded people. Work/Experience I currently work as a waiter and bartender in a function house, in which weddings, funerals and other events take place. Also I am currently taking part in two different areas of Theatre, one being at Trinity church, Farnworth. The other being at the Octagon Theatre, Bolton. Hoping to learn things related to and around the acting industry. 2
Skills and talents
Music Ever since I was a child, I found singing to be a passion, which was passed onto me from my Mother. When I started secondary school at the age of 12, free music lessons were offered to us to influence students to take part in extra curriculum activities and begin fresh new hobbies. When I discovered the offers and opportunities in the music department, I jumped straight in. Studying multiple instruments such as; the flute, violin, cello, saxophone to name but a few. I tried many instruments… but the one that stuck with me, and developed a passion for, was the piano, which I play to this day. I also continued with my singing lessons which was followed by my first exam. In which I obtained an A. Art My passion for art developed in school, after seeing various forms of art, more specifically; portraits, Disney characters, Fantasy. So it became almost a goal of mine, to teach myself to draw. Using tools such as online videos and advice from the Art teachers. Drawing and such then became a regular hobby liked to do in my spare time. Technology I have always loved spending my spare time on my computer, online gaming and such. But putting online entertainment aside, I have always had knowledge in various areas of technology. A confident user of various software such as Microsoft office and Adobe programs. Photography I took a keen eye to photography when I started college, seeing the work of other students plastered to the walls and boards of the ‘product/art design department’.

Areas for Development and Action Plan Are for Development
Plan Of Action
Time management.
I currently allocate Days and times in which I study and take time to begin and/or work on my assignments. However, actually keeping to my study time can be an issue as things come up and I happily and obliviously become sidetracked. This means I need to timetable my study time, and stick to them, and work my social life around them.
Starting an Essay
Rather than me introducing the subject into my essays, I jump right in with discussing the subject of the essay. I need to use the website in order to find appropriate ways of starting essays. Also look back through my notes to find the workshops on essay writing.
Keeping on Subject.
When writing essays, I seem to go on tangents, in which I completely steer off subject, and go into too much description. Therefore wasting words on something completely irrelevant to the essay subject.
Organization
I found myself to be quite organized at the begging of my Uni life, however, with the stress and worries of meeting deadlines, I find my sleeping pattern to be off and my level of organization to drop. I must write in my calendar deadline dates, and exam dates and continue to begin my essays with ample time.4
