The cooking process will take only about half an hour and you can enjoy it as a wonderful side dish at home. You need to first of all, cook the pasta with about 2 Squid stems of mint placed in the water during the process. Check the time duration mentioned in the pasta packet and add the peas about three minutes before the cooking is to be completed. You should now take the ingredients out of the pan and remove the mint stems.


Now transfer the contents to a bowl and then add the cheese, the rocket leaves, lemon juice, the remaining mint stems, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
