Quick sandwich Take two sliced of whole wheat bread, two slices of cheese and chop the leftover vegetables. Cook the vegetables for a short while with very little oil. Put the bread slices in a toaster and adjust the levels to make the slices crispy. Not take it out, add the cooked vegetable combo on a slice, and serve it with cheese slices closed with the other slice. This again is an easy-to-cook vegan dish.
