FAQ Q: A: Q: A:
Q: A:
I am a delegate (Nationality) from a visa-exempt country, but I receive a confirmation letter and an invitation letter from visa team. Is there any paper work I should do for visa application? Visa team will provide invitation letter and confirmation to all delegates including visa-exempt country delegates, and if you are you are from visa exempt country, you don’t have to do any other paper work for visa application, the documents are provided just in case you might need it( ex: the costumes inspection)
If we don’t have the embassy of R.O.C in my country, but I want to apply my visa, what should I do? Can I use other way (find a proxy; via mail post) to get my visa?
Every embassy has their way to deal with different kind of situation, delegates can contact with embassy first and ask for another alternative way. (Remember you to inform embassy you came for AIESEC International Congress)
Can I adjust my invitation letter about the conference date (from August 1st to 31) due to my personal reason?
The invitation letter is an official document and we make confirm with our government, due to our pre-tour and past-tour package, we negated with government for one month duration time, and they agree with us. You don’t have to readjust your Invitation letter; for special reason like you apply your visa on August 2 or leave Taiwan on August 28 which is not match with IL, you only need to inform the embassy for your reason.
