What type of properties do you specialize in?

I started working in Vallarta in 2005 with the pioneering developments in the romantic zone. And from then until now I dedicate myself to developments.
How has the market changed through the years?
There have been ups and downs, but in my case I haven’t felt it so much because we continue to offer a very accessible product for foreigners.
How would you describe the type of audience you are targeting?
It has changed after the pandemic. Before, there were mainly retirees who came looking for a good climate, good health services and a good return on the dollar. Now we also serve young people who, with the digital transformation, can open their horizons and work from here.
How do you help clients with financing, to give them legal certainty and to find properties that suit them?
I basically work with new products and my clients almost always have the possibility of paying the entire cost of an apartment in cash. But we help them with information on who are the builders, guarantees, contracts, etc.
Any strategy you want to share with us?
Normally our clients are not here or come and go, so they can’t be watching the construction. That is why it has worked very well for us to have constant communication and provide a complete service throughout the entire process.

I am not originally from Vallarta. I have been living here for less than a year and I love the relaxed life that the city offers. I have been working in property development for the last three years, always at Homia. What I enjoy the most about my job is being able to understand the needs of our clients and how our projects can help them have a better and higher quality of life. In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis, spending time with family and friends and reading. I’m married and have two beautiful daughters. Vallarta is a city with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The people are very friendly and welcoming. Compared to other cities like Guadalajara, Vallarta offers a quieter and more peaceful life. The city boasts impressive natural beauty, from its beaches to its mountains, making it an ideal place to enjoy nature and the outdoors.

Although I am not originally from Vallarta, I have lived in this wonderful place 23 years. For the past three years I have worked in real estate here at Homia and I love it because I take pride in providing safe and profitable wealth investment and living experiences for our clients. I am happily married and have two teenage children and a small girl. When I’m not working, I like to spend time with them, read and watch movies. The quality of life here in Vallarta is very high, life is very good: Puerto Vallarta combines the warmth of a small town with the economic activity of a big city. The people are very friendly and kind, it is a place with a lot of spirit of service.
All my family is originally from Puerto Vallarta and we belong to one of the oldest families in this beautiful city. I have been working in real estate for five years and here at Homia for three years, and I love it because being from here I can show off my city and show people its secrets. I love helping my clients find their new home in Puerto Vallarta. For me, each client is an opportunity to hear a different and unique story, to learn about their needs and desires, and to work together to make their dream of having a space that reflects their personality and lifestyle come true. I am a great fan of tennis and chess, two fascinating disciplines that give me the opportunity to share time with friends. Although I currently have no children, it is something that I consider in my plans for the future and I hope to have the opportunity to start a family and share unforgettable moments with them. Vallarta is very special, its people are warm, friendly and always ready to welcome visitors with open arms. Every time I travel I realize that Vallarta is incomparable.

I was born here, in Puerto Vallarta, and I have been working in real estate for 3 years, all of them here in Homia. I am very excited to work on transactions that have a huge impact on someone’s life and make sure all parties are satisfied. There are regular tasks, but each day brings a different combination of things. New people, new properties, new obstacles to overcome... there is always something new to learn in this job. When I’m not working I like to plan family activities such as short trips, weekend excursions or just going to the beach or having dinner together. I believe that spending time with family is one of the most important things in life, and I try to make it a priority in my spare time. We are a family of four. My parents and siblings live in Puerto Vallarta and we love spending time together. Vallarta is a vibrant and welcoming city that offers a very pleasant quality of life. We in Vallarta are friendly, warm, and hospitable, always willing to help each other.
I am originally from León, Guanajuato, and I have lived here since 2003.
I’ve worked in real estate, specifically in Homia, since 2021.
What I like most about my job are the challenges and opportunities, both professional and personal, that are presented to me every day. I love the work environment because there is always a colleague to support you and advice you. In my free time I like to spend quality time with my family or friends. I also enjoy taking rides in a boat, going to the beach or simply getting together to prepare a meal and spend time together. The only family I have here is my partner’s, because my own family is in Leon. For me, Puerto Vallarta is an incredible place because the quality of life is very good, the distances from one place to another are short, it has a wide variety of very good gastronomy, it has a very peculiar essence that relaxes you with its beaches and sunsets. And the people of Puerto Vallarta are known for their friendliness and warmth, they are hospitable and make visitors feel welcome.
