Road Feeder Remote Control Programming Instructions Connect the unit to a suitable 12-v power source & locate the remote transmitter. Inside the feeder hopper in the electronics box, locate the receiver. See figure 1. Locate the Programming Button. (see Fig 1) Use a small screwdriver or Allen wrench to press & hold the programming button until a beep is heard. Press the large button on the remote transmitter and the receiver should respond with a beep. If no other transmitters need programming: Wait for 20 seconds until a series of beeps. This signals the end of the programming and the unit is ready for use. If other remote transmitters are to be programmed: Press the Programming Button again, it should beep immediately. The receiver is now ready for the second remote transmitter signal. Press the large button on the remote transmitter and the receiver should respond with a beep. This process may be repeated up to 4 times enabling 4 remote transmitters to be in use for each feeder. Figure 1 – Receiver (located in the electronics box inside feeder hopper)
