INTERESTS AND ACTIVITIES • Music: Learning how to play the piano and music theory and being examined in order to gain qualifications at an early age taught me discipline and self-confidence. • Sports: Have been playing volleyball for 13 years at a high level and coaching for the University of Manchester Volleyball Club and Manchester Marvels. It has taught me motivation, competition, team work and trust, as well as leadership, team coordination and responsibility since I have been team captain for most teams I have played for a number of years. • Travelling: Exploring different cultures, places and architecture in all its forms is indispensable; I have, thus, visited a large number of different cities and countries, both in and outside of Europe.
