1. To run FlashDWG without AutoCAD, then you need start the standalone version.

You only need click Start -> Program -> AutoDWG FlashDWG -> FlashDWG to start the program. Then you only need select a DWG or DXF file as input, specify an output file name, and click "Convert" to start conversion.

2. If you have AutoCad installed on your computer, then you can directly run the Add-in Version within AutoCAD. After installation, launch AutoCAD, open a DWG file, and type SWFOUT in AutoCAD Command line. If everything is okay, you will see a dialog, press "Convert" button to continue.
