Close Look At Substance Abuse Be it in the workplace or otherwise, out of 10 nearly eight people these days are into various unhealthy habits like drinking, smoking, etc. For some these habits are cool, necessary to socially move around and for some the source of solace when in pain or tension. However, various health experts and medical organisations having been doing great contribution in spreading awareness about the side effects of substance abuse which not only greatly damage the individuals health and relationships but also has brings drastic behavioural change like becoming violent, tend to commit suicide etc. With such great damages, various health experts suggest that substance abuse must be kept at bay to have a happy and healthy life.
