The program revolve around the central courtyard space. The production program(farm) is designed as the tallest volume on the west side with channel glass as its featured envelope. The event space is at the south side, while the kitchen are stacked at the east for the exhaust consideration. The ground floor is a fully opened and fully covered market space, actively connected to the urban surroundings.

Scheme Development: The design is developed based on several parameters. Dimension is the initial one. The spacing is 3 or 6 meters, and then the structural wall generated accordingly. The program including market(hawker stands) on the ground floor between walls, office at the east side, and the residential at the west side. The Nolli plan shows the transition of public to private as the program changed.

RESEARCH
Skyscrapers around the world generally follow an efficient vertical extrusion typology, or a set-back style popularized by the 1916
Alternatives to the tall building that is simply a vertical extrapolation of a single plan, concerned only with height, have been presented.
This OMA building bulges toward Chapultepec park and the historic city centre along the axis of the Reforma. Rather than exacerbating the skyscraper’s isolation, it connects the building to its surroundings.
