2. MINIMALIST SALON DESIGN A salon with simple white wall is elevated with chic treatments with strong wood-toned furniture. The layout revolves around all the work stations where the front desk locate at the entrance of the store. Along the front of the desk, all beauty products are showcased on top of the reception where the logo located. End of the room, two hair-washing stations where accomodated aside a partition from the back door. The minimal salon design isn’t necessarily the lack of, but rather doing more with less, often a solitary element is repeated across rooms for a unifying effect.

PROJECT MANIFESTO
The aim of this project is to transform Silwex House to a Supper Club as themed, restaurant with culinary workshop for the solitary elderly to gather and experience new and latest environment. The site is located at Quaker Street- Silwex House. Silwex House is locating in Quaker Street, London, which is a late victorian warehuse, historically formed part of the Truman Brewary. By transforming Silwex House, focusing targeting on elderly-friendly concept where brings out the young inside the elderly. Which also focus the same, bringing out the young part inside the Silwex House. The idea comes from children playground, where children are always so happy while they see slides, climbing ropes, having their own playground space and meeting new children. It is a space where never fails be open even thought you are alone. Same goes to my project, the elderly would easily come out from their bedroom, without furthur distance, would enjoy the convinent of meeting new people and also occupied. As I mentioned, creating a space where one end can connects to one end without using staircase to connects every part in the Silwex House together. Key element of this project is by connecting the front house (restaurant) to the back house (residential), while seperating the spaces in two level. Enhancing the interlocking concept.

INITIALS IDEAS AND CONCEPT
Using web connections as the concept to connects all the isolated particals (isolated elderly) together like this new interneting era, where every connecting point act as a very important merging point. It used first connects, then merge which follows by interlocking, just like how isolated elderly will reacts while in this space, first they meet, then they know each others followed by they sharing their knowledge together. This project is about connecting all the individual to a group in the space of Silwex House. Having the relation of ‘one to all’ around the spaces. The web-in, where web-ing all the parts together to form a new parts.

INTERVENTIONS AND INTERIORS
Individual Space
Bridge
Interlocking moving platform
The main focus of the design in this project is about focusing on connecting every part and space from bottom to top without stairscase, by creating and correspond to the idea of -connection- from bottom to top and from inside to outside in this space. Firstly, the exisitng main enterence will remain with additional another two enterence to easy the way for anyone to reach any different restaurant spaces. Each different space in the Silwex House would then become individual spaces where then a new connections - the bridge, will be inserted to reconnect all the spaces. This would improve the circulation of the building and able to let customers experience different spaces by not having so much difficulty in levels. Then, interlocking occurs between the ground floor and top floor “the transparent moving platform, where brings the insider to outsider or outsider to insider in a same moving space with same view and same environment. In this project, my intentions are giving convinent not just for the elderly residence but also user friendly to everyone. My space and concept, connections, not just connecting people through a space, but also with sunlight- where sun gathered the space mateiral- glass where act as the main gather space visions- gathered the visions of the customers outside the glass moving platform
