Sleep Like the Dead

In June of this year, my niece and I stayed at the Grand Hotel in Jerome for one night. We had heard stories of Jerome possibly being haunted and thought it would just be a fun trip. Well, late in the evening, out of the blue, I awoke to a horribly pungent smell. It made me sick to my stomach. I walked over to where my niece was sleeping and there was no smell. It was only present on one side of my bed. Then, the smell just went away. After we got home the next day, I googled about ghosts and lo and behold there are stories of ghosts and smells of sulphur/rotten eggs. It was definitely a sulphuric smell. I was never really a believer, but to this day, I always wonder...
