Handycraft Gallery 2nd year - Sem 1
Situated within a walking distance from the Teluk Batik beach, the handycraft gallery is considered as part of the tourist attraction. The purpose of the gallery aims to showcase the uniqueness and intricacy of the handycraft products made in Perak.

Disaster Rescue Shelter 2nd year - Sem 2
Acting mainly as a multi-purpose hall on a daily basis, the building is capable of transforming into a disaster shelter when needed. The floor of the hall is capable of transforming into a temporary shelter that also provide a sense of privacy. The project sits on top of a hilly terrain and directly situated facing the main road in Gombak for easy access.

Smart Tahfiz School 3rd year - Sem 1
The Smart Tahfiz School is part of the masterplan to accomodate multiple needs of the tahfiz students. The implementation of the lake or oasis act as the datum for the development around it since the school is the main purpose of the masterplan. The idea also provide a reminder towards Allah through the sense of a natural environment.

Leisure & Entertainment Shopping Mall 3rd year - Sem 2
Aimed to make full use of the large catchment of Jalan Ampang, the proposed leisure and entertainment shopping mall provides a wide range of activites and attractions. By implementing the idea of confluence, the mall will act as a functional gathering place of all ages and also act as a Green Landmark for the ideal sustainable development.

Kuala Terengganu Masterplan 4th year - Sem 1
This masterplan is part of the proposed masterplan of Kuala Terengganu which emphasized towards the waterfront and ferry terminal. The proposal aims to create a seamless layout which not only improve the condition of the area but also providing a whole new purpose of the designated space.

Shariah Compliant Consideration
This high-rise hotel proposal was designed as part of the new redevelopment masterplan of Kampong Baru. The hotel is rated for 4-5 stars, thus, Traders Hotels which is a subsidiary of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts was chosen as the main client of the proposal. The design aims to compliment the Islamic principles through layout arrangements and functions.

“Pekan Rabu� which literally means Wednesday Market is located in the middle of Alor Setar. It is well known among the local population and tourist from outside of Kedah as a place to shop and enjoy the local culture of the city. The business complex is not only a historical icon of Alor Setar but also symbolize the pride of the entrepeneurs in Kedah since 1920.

Issue
Aim
Pekan Rabu is facing a process of redevelopment and potentially losing its identity as an icon despite the numerous potential and possibilities of its existing elements being rehabilitated and integrated with newer technology.
The project aim is to generate an ideal solution towards the process of building rehabilitation and creating an efficient method of connectivity with the local context by enhancing the condition of the existing structure rather than redeveloping it from scratch.
