Community Service Challenge! Event Guidelines 1.) The NJ FBLA Community Service Challenge begins on October 21, 2010 and ends on February 4, 2011. All hours must be completed within this time frame to be eligible. 2.) The length of the project may include preparation time for the event as well as the amount of time spent at the particular event. 3.) To calculate the total number of hours served, multiply the number of participating students by the length of the event (in hours). 4.) The signature of an adviser is necessary for the Report Form to be accepted. 5.) All Report forms must be sent to State Community Service Vice President, Chandler B. Bailey, Northern Burlington County Regional High School, 160 Mansfield Road East, Columbus, NJ 08022. Or faxed to (609)-298-3154. At the end of every month. 6.) The top five chapters contributing the most community service hours will be recognized at the New Jersey FBLA State Leadership Conference this spring. In the event of a tie, the chapter involving the most members will win.
