Makarov” Project’s aim: bringing to market of new models of domestic production tractors, which hold out for technical indicators own their foreign analogues and thus provide a technical update of technical park of agricultural manufacturers with modern and energy-packed tractors. Universal and cultivating UMZ tractors allow to install the equipment of special purpose for use as excavator, bulldozer, loader. Reconstruction of the modern industrial area of processing and freezing of food products 

Project specification: Modern foreign approach to the production (processing) freezing of food products through reconstruction of the existing refrigerator chambers.

Project location: Industrial building is located on the entrance route to the city of Nikopol on the banks of the Kakhovka Reservoir, 700 m from the road (forked road for Dnipropetrovsk, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhya). Area of the land plot is 1 ha. The available communications of the land plot are: gas pipeline, electricity, water supply system, wastewater disposal, sealed road. The area of the building is 3000 m2 (production facility for air-and-sunshine drying, smoke drying, fish processing including refrigerating chambers of 800m2, height of ceilings is 5 m, 2 loading platforms). There is water supply intake from the river Dnipro.

Cost and project implementation period: 750 000 $

Resources of initiator for the project implementation: 250 000 $

Cooperation variants is the joint venture creation: LLC TRADE Dil M. is ready to create the new company, where the main owner of the industrial area will be an investor, who would finance preparing of business plan, the reconstruction of the building, develop logistics and others necessary processes.

Object construction of MSW management within the “Western Donbas” sub-region of Dnipropetrovsk region Project information

 Project specification: the introduction of Comprehensive effective system of municipal solid waste management involves the implementation of investment project “Object construction of MSW management within the "Western Donbass“ sub-region in the territory of Pavlohrad „.  Project location: Pavlohrad, Pavlohrad district. The plot for the future object is adjacent to the existing polygon of Pavlohrad.  Cost and project implementation period: is determined by the investor.  Resources of initiator for the project implementation: Comprehensive research of MSW management in the "Western Donbass“ sub-region territory is supported by DTEK Pavlogradugol and Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) within the MLED project, Ukrainian Scientific and Research Institute for the development and implementation of municipal programs and projects.
