RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF TRAM STATION ORANGERY Bachelor thesis project 2019 The conception of the reconstruction project is the improvement of the living conditions of the local population and the new cultural center of Moscow. The new function of the tram station has selected an orangery because the territory has a lot of housing around and no parks and green places where people could walk and have a rest. Also, the project includes a huge park, a restaurant, garden beds for locals, a green school for students, and biomes with different climates in the orangery.

Tram station facility reconstruction Former administration building reconstruction
The tram station was built in 1909 and is an excellent example of industrial pre-revolutionary architecture. The project is dedicated to the restoration of the original appearance of the facades.

In the restaurant building the second floor is a rental space. It used to be an administrative office building. The restaurant has a privte glasshouse a separate entrance and private entrance to the parking.
The territory of the greenhouse has -1 floor where the «caves» are located. This is an exposition of plants that require special lighting conditions and reas for exibitions. Also, on this floor are parkings for visitors of this complex.

FUTURE MEDIA LAB FORMER RAI CENTER IN MONZA Reconstruction project 2021 The former Rai (Radio and television) center that was built in 1924 and the early building by Gio Ponti. The reconstruction and transformation concept of the building brings project into the Future Media Lab. Which combines hardware production with production of culture and with its communication to general public. The Lab is a resource center,it offers its assets to different institutions, that can temporarily rent for particular workshops and courses.

RECONSTRUCTION OF A FORMER PAPER FACTORY «DE MEURS» IN BELGIUM Transformation and temporary stage Life circle
Master thesis project 2023 This thesis explores and analyzes the historical context of a Beersel paper factory and its surrounding area, and proposes a design for its reconstruction to enhance the local environment and provide art clusters for the local population. The proposed design incorporates public spaces, cultural facilities, and art clusters that serve as a platform for the local society, creating possibilities for dynamic and diverse community development. This thesis contributes to the discourse on the intersection of heritage, social aspects and needs, and community development. Provides a model for urban revitalization through creative and sustainable design strategies.

The Manchester building has been adapted through two main interventions. The first hollowed out a large void in the center of the building, bringing daylight deep into the vast floor plan. RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN «LICHOBORY» NEIGHBORHOOD 2018 The living high-riser house at Lichobory neighborhood represents 2 towers with different high with connection by common space. This space is a public zone for people who live there and it is filled by different functions like an indoor garden, a gym, stores and cafes. The house has a small territory because it situated in the public park and this common space has all functions of this. The towers are located near the river and they have other housings behind. In this way, the form can allow a great view through the buildings.

CORE ROMA 2023 The interior design project focuses on the design of 13 spaces such as: Culivaty Lab, Winery, Gym, Dressing area, Screen room, Halls, Speak easy space and Suites. The project of modernization takes its place in a historic four-story building, epitomizes the fusion of neo-classical grandeur and soft minimalism. The Culinary lab, Winery, Suite and Screan room that are shown as selected areas here are located on the mezzanine floor , while the first floor houses luxurious suites and an intimate screening room. The suite has a bedroom connected to an opulent bathroom . The adjacent lounge zone, with plush seating and subtle modern touches, completes the perfect retreat within our exclusive suites. Throughout the project, the design narrative revolves around a palette of muted tones, plush textures, and curated furnishings, echoing the essence of soft minimalism. Intricate moldings harken back to the neo-classical era, while modern elements introduce a sense of contemporary flair.
