Schroeter (Mariinsky Theatre), in which the upper floor had occupied his mother. The apartment is decorated in classic style, combining details of Empire, the French Renaissance and a bit art deco. The plan of this flat was developed on the principle of going from general to specific. I divided the apartment into two areas: the first part is public study, in which the customer could meet withbusiness partners; kitchen-living room combined with dining room), the second part is private: a bedroom, children’s bedroom,bathroom, children’s bathroom, cloakroom.

This project found a broad response in St. Petersburg and was published in magazines. The apartment has representative character: it is designed for the meeting guests. That’s why luxurious and elegant style of Louis XV is dominated here. Of course, it wasn’t important to do realistic baroque style, because of that I wanted to see this interior in a more modern interpretation.Special replanning of apartment wasn’t required, so I pay attention to the original decorative solutions, coloring, design moldings, flooring, selection of interior item.

Name: Respectable Townhouse Address: St. Petersburg, St. Beregovay, 10 Working period: from December 2007 to August 2008 Description: I wanted to create a comfortable interior with classic details, but I didn’t want to overload it. I wanted to make a light and airy space. Therefore, on the first and third floors I didn’t divide space into many different rooms, and tried to work with one space by dividing it visually into different functional zones. There are a bedroom, play and working areas for a teenage girl on the third floor. On the first floor kitchen area flows smoothly into the dining, and from it to living area and later in the area of chimney. The staircase plays an important role in this house. The banisters of the staircase were made by my sketches. I wanted to lighten the construction of the stair.

Name: Modern classic Address: St. Petersburg, St. Tankista Hrustickogo, 9 Working period: from June 2006 to February 2007 Description: When I worked on this apartment, first of all I decided to widen the space of living room by merging it with the kitchen through the open arcuate embrasure, plus to demolish a wall which separated the living room from passage-way. Three niches decorate the living room and the mirrors inside them change the sense of the room size. I chose and combined two types of the wallpapers, this decision carried in design the visual variety and defined the local of the bed-head. The style decision of this apartment is modernized, restrained and rethinking classics.

The project of apartment which situate in the Kirishi town The object is currently under construction. To this object I propose renaissance style. Painting on the walls with aging treatment,Italian furniture with a patina, natural materials in finishing (flooring, marble, wood, silk on the windows) are used in the dĂŠcor of this apartment. These 3D works are made by professional visualiser under my control.
