The concept of the project is to develop a land Area: 240,000 Sq.M blends a combination of residential, commercial, a mixeduse real estate development project.

The building was the result of a design competition in which the design brief already had easyCredit’s visions and values in mind: transparency, openness and communication incorporated in its internal space concept and modesty and simplicity displayed in its external appearance. The resulting office building encompasses over 6850 m2 of large open-space work areas, Located on Bahrain. 5 minutes distance from Bahrain International Airport , Land Area = 21279m2 .

OFFICE BUILDING CONCEPT AT BAHRAIN DOUBLE GLASSING Double glazing window with heat filtering is used to filter the unwanted heat from entiring & allowing light through . DIFFUSE LIGHTING The sunlight from outside is reflected using alight shelf outside creating diffuse light inside reducing glare and spreading the light evenly throughout the unit .

The concept of the project is to develop a land of Area: 35000 Sq.M into a shopping Mall thats located at Moroco Rabat , With sea front elevations The Rabat shopping centre has Total Area = 95217 SQM This project relies on a simple and pure design, The faรงade is comprised of these horizontal elements and glass curtainwall with steel caopy flying designed , giving rise to a clean and fluid movement that culminates in the framing of the main entrance .

The concept of the project is to develop a national housing project master plan at Abu Dhabi My part is to develop the ( Type A Villa ) in that project with a Mediterranean-style home, A low-pitched tile roof, often red, is the distinctive characteristic of this style of that villa finished in stucco, The Balconies handrails Wrought-iron and details are used to reflect the characteristics of these homes type and providing nice back yard garden , patio, with swimming pool area . The Total Built-up area = 430 S.q.M

This project relies on a simple and pure design, The façade is comprised of these horizontal elements and glass curtain-wall with flying canopy designed creates a fluid movement that culminates in the framing of the main entrance . The land for the new PDF Hospital lies within the city of Bahrai perimeter close to the Bahrain Defence Force Hospital and not far from a number of recent facilities with a Total Built-up Area= 39894 S.q.M And a total Number of car parks 821 . The internal organization of the proposed hospital is based on the interrelationships between the different services. The vertical compatibility is based on communication cores (that we call “shuttles) departing from the level assigned to the new pedestrian stratum, and the horizontal compatibility is established following the continuity relations to the same level.

For the design of this 300 seat Theatre in Central of Dubai , The goal was to ensure that the spatial form and materiality working together should help achieve even sound quality in the space while keeping reverberation factor low. The curves of the space also create a sense of drama and movement . The architecture is designed to be timeless – there are no trendy colors. The finishes are really very simple and honest all designed to enhance the natural sound of the hall.
