PHOTOGRAPHIC REQUIREMENTS: Specific photographic requirements must be made known to Alison Barton Photography in writing prior to commencement of the shoot. Every endeavour will be made to meet such requirements however no responsibility can be accepted by Alison Barton Photography for inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances which may cause disruption to the shoot. 2. COPYRIGHT: As is standard procedure, all images have copyright assigned to and retained by Alison Barton Photography, and such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. You will be supplied with a licence to use the images. The images may not be sold nor may they be in any way significantly altered or modified without the Photographer’s prior consent. 3. FILE BACKUP: The Photographer will keep multiple backed-up copies of the digital files for 12 months from the session date. After 12 months, the images are transferred to a secure off-site archive storage system and the retrieval of images from the archive incurs a fee of £25.00. After 12 months Alison Barton Photography no longer has responsibility for the images and therefore it is advised that your own back-up arrangements to safeguard the long-term security of the files is made. 4. FORCE MAJEURE: In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, including equipment malfunction or any loss, damage, destruction, theft or accident beyond the Photographer’s control, her liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Liability for a partial loss of photographs shall be pro-rated based on the percentage of the total . Alison Barton Photography has full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance. 5. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE: Please address any complaints to Alison Barton Photography, in writing, at info@alisonbartonphotography.co.uk or 35 Elmwood Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 5JL. 6. PRIVACY: The Photographer will carefully store your name and details on a private internal database. Your information will remain secure and will not be made available to companies or individuals outside of Alison Barton Photography. 7. MODEL RELEASE: You are happy to grant the Alison Barton Photography the right to use and publish photographs taken at the session for her own personal promotion, including her website and blog, Facebook business page, client literature, exhibitions and advertising. If you do not wish for the images ot be used please state this in writing to Alison Barton Photography.
