Artists Through the Years
Since 1988, 31 individual artists from around the Cape have been tapped to interpret what the Citizens Bank Pops by the Sea means to them.
These artistic representations have made their way onto canvas, serving as a reminder that the Pops is more than just a concert held once a year, every August. The Pops is a celebration of Cape Cod and the influence that arts and culture have on our region.
We hope you enjoy this glimpse into some of the awe-inspiring Pops by the Sea commemorative paintings. Each is as different and as wonderful as the artist who painted it, and they are emblematic of the talent and creativity that abounds in our little, beautiful corner of the state.
