Glass walls & ceiling showcase the captivating view from the 18th floor. Sleek lines dominate to create a more modern space within the Clayton House. Round pendant lights balance and soften the otherwise geometric space. Low partitions help create a more intimate space, while keeping an open atmosphere.
Rooftop Bar & Grill The scaled rooftop model furthers understanding of spacial relationships.
Rooftop Model
A large portion of the rooftop is an open, outdoor patio- ideal for Kentucky’s mild climate. A raised floor below the central seating ensures that all guests have exterior views. Flexible lounge seating and firepits create the opportunity to offer VIP lounge areas. ‘Kentucky Blue’ fabrics are used throughout to relate to local culture.

Work areas include a variety of collaborative and individual spaces to accommodate different types of work. Abstract, nature-inspired artwork along with wall-hung planters add interest and pops of color. Blues, greens, and wood finishes are used to compliment the expansive outdoor views.
Research shows that exposure to natural light and indoor plants lead to happier and more productive employees. To divide spaces, walls were replaced with planters when possible to let natural light flow throughout. The above elevation features the OFS Brands ‘Heya Lounge’ to provide designers with a more comfortable option for focus work.
