About the Facilitators: Cassie Moore
Paula King
“Life Coaching has given me the tools to take control of my life and move forward in such a beautiful positive way. I learnt so much about myself and what I was capable of.”
Cassie Moore is a Life Coach and Author of the bestselling autobiography ‘Did You Hear Me Crying’. In her book, Cassie describes the abuse she suffered at the hands of her stepfather and mother as well as later on in adulthood. In 2002 ‘Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway’ written by Susan Jeffers started her on the journey of realization that she had the power within herself to be free from this pattern and to live the life that she so deserved. Since the launch of her book in November 2012 she has been invited by Women's groups around Ireland to come and speak about her experiences and how she found the power inside to break free from abusive patterns. Doing this tour made Cassie realise that her life's purpose is to reach out to those who are affected by abuse and has designed an innovative Life Coaching programme in collaboration with the Faculty at Kingstown College specifically tailored for professionals who deal with issues of abuse. Cassie holds an EMCC & ICF accredited Advanced Diploma in Personal & Executive Coaching from Kingstown College.
