The hotel complex offers several dining options, but this is arguably the most fun, especially a t h a p p y h o u r, w h e n t h e 1 5 0 s e a t s ( 4 0 o f t h e m around that massive bar) fill with a convivial crowd. Some come for the 32 beers on tap, some for the sports and others for the menu from The C h e s h i r e ’s c u l i n a r y t e a m , w h i c h a l s o o v e r s e e s t h e u p s t a i r s f i n e d i n i n g r e s t a u r a n t , B o u n d a r y. B a s s o ’s I t a l i a n g a s t r o p u b t h e m e m e a n s t h e r e ’s plenty of pasta on the menu, and the team e n s u r e s t h a t i t ’s n o t j u s t a p l a t e o f n o o d l e s . T h e tortellini are filled with chicken and prosciutto; the spaghetti sauce is flecked with pork jowl; the gnocchi are light and delicate in their pesto sauce.
