The Adriatic mesh made up of three fundamental bands: the sea, the Adriatic city and the countryside which is made up of various textures, have captured our attention. The project has set itself the goal of bringing out the part of the campaign that has now lost its charm. The tourist village tries to dialogue with this reality by offering a new vision to the tourist of the city.

The task was to design a media library that would take into account both environmental factors and factors relating to the adjacent structure, which has as its intended use the “dance center”. The main concept is the construction of a modular wooden structure, since the coast is subject to various changes over time so the use of a modular structure can ensure its temporariness.

MODULARITY Tourist Resort Civitanova Marche

Before approaching the project that required the construction of a tourist village, various analyses were made on the type of cities present on the Mediterranean coast. Civitanova Marche is a city in continuous development being a seaside city and therefore the project proposal was to develop a modular project that could address the issue of tourists in the summer season. By creating accommodation that could be adapted to the needs of tourists.

Post EarthQuake Visso Bachelor Thesis

EMERGENCY

Because of the earthquakes that occurred in 2016 that completely destroyed the city of Visso and then with the consequence of abandoning the city itself. In the project, four pavilions were designed, each with a different destination, located in different parts of the city to recreate a route through the most beautiful places.The culture pavilion took care of bringing people back to think and talk to each other.

Rome

The main element of the project are the “Mura Aureliane” which are a representative and historical part of the city of Rome. Given the massive presence of traffic in the vicinity of the “Porta del Popolo” and the climatic conditions that do not make it easy to cross the pedestrian especially at peak times. A bridge structure has been designed that can create two realities of living, those of work and leisure.

The ancient walls that have been the subject of structural study and restoration. The various historical researches have allowed us to understand its historical value over the years and current. The project seeks to enhance the quality of the walls and its historicity through a project that is based on the use of the five senses. With the aim of making the historic walls a point of attraction for the city of Ripatransone.

Camerino

The city of Camerino is a city that is slowly being rebuilt due to the earthquake of recent years that has destroyed many important buildings, the main objective was to build a university structure safe and able to deal with the earthquake, was chosen therefore a circular structure as it is the best to support the forces of the earthquake. The structure is divided into two parts, one for teachers and one for students.

The Potenza river completely divides the city in two, creating social and environmental problems because near the river there are no pedestrian connections but only high speed roads that do not allow you to admire and enjoy the landscape along the river. The project is focused on urban regeneration that starts from the river and then becomes an element of connection and not of division as it now.

RECYCLING

A pocket garden where the population can stop to rest and realx away from the busy life of the city. In the project 5 zones have been identifield with 5 different recycled element: vegetation,paper,fabric element, glass and old tire. Each area is characterized by these elements that aim to evoke different sensations and to be experienced at different times of the day.
