Multipurpose Solutions for Surface Clean! Test Method Water Drainage / Sheeting  1. Pretreatment with test solution Test solution ( e.g. 0.5% active surfactant and 0.1% active polymer or a cleaner formulation) is dropped on a ceramic tile 15x15cm by 25 drops, 5x5 drops in square. These drops are wiped via Kim Wipe in twice, 10 wiping cycles in both directions to get a homogenous film

 2. Air drying Drying at roomtemperature for 24 hours

 3. Rinse with water stream Pretreated plate is placed vertical and a water stream is placed on the upper end from the right to the left corner in order to rinse the ceramic. After stopping the water stream, you can evaluate the sheeting effect)

Multipurpose Solutions for Surface Clean! Test Method Easy-to-clean-again  1. Pretreatment with test solution e.g. 1% active surfactant and 0.1% active polymer is dropped on a ceramic tile. 25 drops, 5x5 drops in square for 15x15cm tile. These drops are wiped via Kim Wipe in twice 10 wiping cycles in both directions to get a homogenous film.

 2. Air drying Drying at roomtemperature for 24 hours.

 3. Soiling tile with Ca-Stearate by air brush 3 ml soil is sprayed homgenous on the hole area of tile. (Soil: 5% Ca-Stearate, 10% Water, 85% Ethanol the soil should be stirred by Ultra Turrax and Ultra Sonic Bath and stored under usual stiring for 1 day)

 4. Heating at for melting the Stearate layer (30 Minutes at 180°C)

 5. Wiping with sponge under rinsing tap water Wiping with constant low pressure under water stream for 10 cycles.
