Flourish Farmstead founded by Crystal and Eric Stevens, offers a unique selection of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, and herbs – including a focus on medicinal herbs, many of which are turned into tinctures and other products for their on-site apothecary. Growing food is an artistic expression, according to the Stevens’, and they strategically plan certain colors of crops in blocks so that by mid-spring the fields resemble patchwork quilts.
