292 AIR DRYING 2:1 CLEAR COAT Compatible with all standard finishes currently available, suitably degreased and dulled. All 2K bases, metallic, mica, pearl and pastel formulated for the automotive industry. Suitable for painting of 3-4 panels for small jobs (spot repairs). Not recommended for very large surfaces. Before applying AIR DRYING Clear Coat, dulling the old finish that must be covered, and degreased with a water antisilicone (DEGREASER). As with all paint systems, the best results are obtained if the lens is brought to the temperature of the spray before the application (20-25 ° C). It is also recommended to bring the surface to at least 15 °C before application. The low temperatures make more difficult for the absorption of the fumes and distension. It is important to carefully follow the application procedure to avoid too thick resulting in delays in the drying phase. It is especially important to make sure that the base coat is completely dry or does not contain traces of moisture, water or solvent before applying clear.

We do not recommend drying tunnel with infrared. Respect the drying times between each hand. Polishing after 2 hours of air drying at 20°C or after 30’ with oven drying after 10’ at 60°C.
