436 EXTRA COARSE CUT RUBBING COMPOUND

Applicable for the treatment of painted surfaces which shown minimum and medium-sized defects. Applicable by machine. Excellent on both old and fresh paint. Extraordinary for ceramic paints and clear coats Ultra High Solid (soft). Use Foamed Wool Pad for the removal of sanding marks and finish with White/Black Foam Pad for a High glossy finish without halos and opacity. USE 436 EXTRA COARSE CUT for definitive removal of defects such as P1200-1500 sanding marks, leaving a high final gloss. CLEAR ACTION Product designed and developed for a fast and clean use without addition of water. It allows you to see immediately the removal of the defect. ! A specially formulated super fine glaze designed to polish out any residual swirl marks which can occur on problem colour dark paint finishes eg. blacks. 692 POLYDISK, CONTAMINATION REMOVER

Polydisk works fast and achieves professional results with the new advanced rubber polymer technology, which replaces the use of clay bars. With dual action orbital polisher, it safely and easily removes paint over spray, water spots, tree sap, rail dust and other bonded surface contaminants from the surface of automotive paint, glass, moldings and plastic. Polydisk works great with only 471 Polymer Spray Polish lubricant. Unlike the clay bar, the Polydisk can be cleaned by simply rinsing off the accumulated contaminates with water. If you drop the Polydisk on the ground, no worries, Just rinse the sponge pad clean and you’re ready to keep using it. 471 Polymer Spray Polish allows for sturdy and controlled handling, unlike clay bars where constant reshaping is required. There is a significant difference between Virtus Polydisk and clay bars. An outstanding machine/advanced polymer Combination makes Virtus Polydisk the best contamination removal tool ever.

LONG LIFE ABRASIVE SANDING FILM For sanding light scratches, prior to polishing. Easy to use with the sanding block. P800 P1500 P2000

PRODUCTS 436 – Extra Coarse cut compound for old or fresh paint for the removal of orange peel, sanding marks, swirl marks and light scratches. Can be use with foamed wool pad followed by yellow foam pad or yellow foam pad only. Perfect for DA polisher.

472 – Hologram remover. It is the last step on polishing prior to application of protection. Applicable by machine ( low speed maximum 2500rpm and slow movement ) with the white foam pad to remove holograms and pad marks.

476 – One step polish on either old or fresh paint for the removal of sanding marks, swirl marks and light scratches. Can be use with foamed wool pad followed by yellow foam pad or yellow foam pad only.

453 – High gloss paint protection with PTFE. It can be applied by machine or by hand with the black foam pad. Can be wiped off immediately.

473 – First step polish for any type of paints. Depending on the paint condition 473 can be used with the foamed wool pad followed by the yellow foam pad to remove heavy swirls and scratches. Can be use with yellow pad only if light swirls are to be removed. 472FAST – Hologram remover best for solid color paints. Applicable by machine ( low speed maximum 2500rpm and slow movement ) with the white foam pad to remove holograms and pad marks.

463 – Super high gloss Nano paint protection. Can be applied by hand. Orbital machine application for best result. Wait for a minimum of 30 minutes and wipe off with a microfiber cloth. 471 – Spray polish suitable for paints, plastics and rubber trims and dashboard. It can be used for dry cleaning the car. Polydisk – Use for the removal of paint contamination and overspray. Can be use by hand or machine with either 471 or water.

STEPS 1 WASHING WITH SHAMPOO or WATERLESS CAR WASH

! Wash the car with car shampoo or with 471 SPRAY POLISH and one soft & clean microfibre cloth

STEPS 2 DECONTAMINATION Remove the contamination from all car parts with POLYDISK / POLYSPONGE & 471 SPRAY POLISH

Spray over the car 471 SPRAY POLISH and work over with POLYDISK (by hand or by orbital sander or dual action polisher) to remove all contamination like paint over spray, water spots, tree sap, rail dust, mosquitos and other bonded surface contaminants.

STEPS 3 SCRATCH REMOVER Remove deep scratches with 472FAST and Foamed Wool Pad with rotary polisher at medium speed.

Follow with 472FAST and White Foam Pad to give perfect finish Hologram Free and glossy.

Defect of paint / holograms will never coming back (one day later or after a car wash). Is not a filling product. 472FAST is cutting for the first 15-20 seconds of work and later is finishing. Use 472FAST and foam pad in one step to remove light scratches.

STEPS 4 REGULAR PROTECTION Apply 453 GLOSSY PTFE wax with BLACK SOFT FOAM PAD and low speed polisher or by hand with a clean Microfibre Cloth.

Very easy to apply and remove.

Restore the original colour and provide a durable finish.

STEPS 4 alternative LONG LIFE PROTECTION Apply 463 PAINT PROTECTION SYSTEM with BLACK SOFT FOAM PAD and rotary or orbital polisher

PROTECTION CURING TIME Wait between 30 to 60 minutes before to wipe off

CLEANING Wipe off with a clean microfiber towel

After 1 hour is possible to make the water repellency test.

The surface is protected against UV Rays.

STEPS 5 GLASS CLEANING Apply 467 GLASS CLEANER and wipe off with GLASS & MIRROR Ultramicrofibre Cloth.

Very easy to apply.

467 GLASS CLEANER has a vertical stability; donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t runs.

GLASS & MIRROR Ultramicrofibre Cloth clean all surfaces perfectly without traces.

STEPS 6 DASHBOARD & PLASTIC CLEANING Apply 471 and wipe off with GLASS & MIRROR Ultramicrofibre Cloth.

Very easy to apply.

467 GLASS CLEANER leave the surfaces “ANTISTATIC” dust repellent.

471 & Ultramicrofibre Cloth clean and protect all surfaces like paint, glasses, mirrors, plastics, rubbers, leather seats and dashboard.

STEPS 7 WELLS CLEANING Apply 472 FAST with FOAM CONE to remove scratches or contamination from weels.

Wipe off with Grey Microfibre cloth.

STEPS 1 STEP - WASHING Wash the car with car shampoo or with 471 SPRAY POLISH and one soft & clean microfibre cloth

2 STEP - DECONTAMINATION Remove the contamination from all car parts with POLYDISK & 471 SPRAY POLISH 3 STEP – SCRATCH REMOVER Remove deep scratches with 472FAST and Foamed Wool Pad with rotary polisher at medium speed

4 STEP – FINAL GLOSS Continue to work on surface with 472FAST and WHITE FOAM PAD untill all defects are removed

5 STEP – CLEANING SURFACE

Wipe off very well with a clean Microfiber Towel

6 STEP – PAINT PROTECTION Apply 463 PAINT PROTECTION SYSTEM with BLACK SOFT FOAM PAD and rotary / orbital polisher (Alternative to Step 4)

Clean the dashboard and interior plastic parts with 471 SPRAY POLISH and microfiber towel

11 STEP – FABRIC PROTECTION Protect carpet, moquettes and seats with 465 Fabric Protector using a mask and in well aerated area

7 STEP – PROTECTION CURING TIME Wait between 30 to 60 minutes 12 STEP – WHEELS CLEANING before to wipe off Polish wheels with 472FAST and Foam Cone Yellow or Black 8 STEP - CLEANING depending of scratches to be Wipe off with a clean microfiber removed towel
