Student Impact

The extraordinary generosity of Allegheny donors made an incredible impact in the lives of students in 2021-22. Here are a few highlights.

Donor-funded scholarships were awarded in the amount of $5,058,760. More than 90% of our students received financial assistance.

Nearly 200 students were assisted through Gator Success Grants.

Twenty-five students had the opportunity to collaborate on research projects with their faculty mentors in summer 2022.

Nearly 40 students were afforded the opportunity to participate in internships.

More than 500 student athletes were able to compete in varsity sports.

Thirteen new endowments were funded. These funds, which will make a difference at Allegheny for generations to come, support scholarships, student-faculty research, internships, preservation of our beautiful campus, and academic support.

One of the many reasons I chose Allegheny College four years ago was because of the sense of community that came along with it. One of the things Allegheny has shown me is the bond it creates among its Gators. Time and time again the Allegheny family has shown me why Allegheny has remained so prestigious throughout the years.
