Padre Island National Seashore If you’ve always wanted to see the Gulf of Mexico, Padre Island National Seashore is a great place to head to this summer. One of the best things to see at Padre Island National Seashore if you’re a nature fan is sea turtles hatching along the shore. Padre Island National Seashore is located in Texas and has many facilities for camping out on the beach.
Denali National Park If you want to see the frigid state of Alaska, you’ll probably want to go during the summer when the temperatures are generally bearable. Denali National Park, which is located in the south-central portion of the state, is one of the most popular and widely known travel destinations in Alaska. This is an enormous national park that covers an expanse of six million acres.
Mount Hood National Forest You can head to Oregon this summer if it’s long been a wish of yours to see a real volcano. Though Mount Hood is now dormant, it is a volcano that last erupted way back in 1865.
