History repeats!
Allie Beth Allman & Associates was the first single-office residential real estate firm in Dallas history to achieve $1 billion in sales in 2012. In 2013, we set another record with a 50% increase in sales to $1.5 billion. Our dedicated agents are the best in the business, and I congratulate each one of them for this shared achievement. Their commitment to their clients and to the Allie Beth Allman & Associates family made 2013 another milestone year. Sales of high-end homes in the Dallas area were up 22% in 2013, with prices up 10% overall, and I’m proud that Allie Beth Allman & Associates led the way. Our agents achieved the largest sales in Dallas, Highland Park, University Park and Preston Hollow in 2013. We participated in every sale of more than $8 million in the Park Cities and Bluffview and the only sale above $7 million in Preston Hollow. All indicators are pointing to a stellar 2014. Dallas is the third fastest-growing city in the United States according to Forbes. With continued job growth and a positive outlook for the Dallas-Fort Worth economy, home sales in 2014 may be limited only by availability and pricing. Current inventories are less

than half of normal. With mortgage rates still low, sellers should take advantage of the need for homes. A recent survey from the wealth management unit of Morgan Stanley found direct ownership of residential and commercial properties is the number one alternative investment pick for 2014, with a third of millionaires saying they plan to buy this year. Now is the time to list with the best. With more than $1.5 billion in sales in 2013, Allie Beth Allman & Associates is the local real estate leader. Smart, savvy and dedicated, we go above and beyond for you with our extensive network of connections to successfully sell your property or help you find the perfect home for your family. To everyone who made 2013 a record-setting encore—agents, family, friends, neighbors and clients—I’d like to personally say, thanks a billion and a half! – Allie Beth Allman, Founder and CEO

While his works are widely collected, he is also a much-loved fixture of the local art scene. Bates’ pieces can be found in many of the finest homes in Dallas and Fort Worth. Talley Dunn Gallery, a next-door neighbor of the Allie Beth Allman & Associates offices on Tracy Street, is the exclusive Texas representative of David Bates. In a career spanning more than 40 years, Bates has combined exquisite technique with a deep understanding of American modernist traditions, resulting in a sophisticated, soulful and accessible body of work. From lush early paintings of the Arkansas nature conservancy Grassy Lake and the Texas Gulf Coast, to reliefs, sculptures and assemblages created in a variety of materials, to recent paintings depicting survivors of Hurricane Katrina, the exhibition provides an in-depth look at the work of a significant American artist. With prices up 10% overall in the Dallas
The time to list is now
area in 2013 and continuing to increase in 2014, current inventories at less than half of normal levels, and mortgage rates holding at historic lows, there hasn’t been a better time to list your home in many years. A 2013 survey of home buyers and sellers conducted by the National Association of Realtors reports that almost half of 2013 sellers traded up to a larger, higher-priced home, and 59% bought a newer home. Recent sellers sold for 97% of the asking price, and a professional real estate agent assisted in 88% of transactions. When inventory is scarce, whether you’re buying or selling, it’s critical to turn to a local market leader to get maximum market intelligence and exposure. Allie Beth Allman & Associates, with a close network of over 300 agents, is the largest single-office residential real estate firm in Dallas known for a high level of customer service and expertise that produce results. In 2013 the firm had the largest sales in Dallas, Highland Park, University Park and Preston Hollow.
With prices up, and inventories and mortgage rates low, it’s a strong seller’s market. Listing with the local market leader will help you capitalize on this valuable opportunity.
The majority of exclusive listings at Allie Beth Allman & Associates are in the established, higher-end neighborhoods of Dallas— Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Turtle Creek, Uptown and Lakewood—but the firm’s reach covers the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and major luxury markets around the world. While the primary focus is on the local community, a partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate—an elite global network of 26,773 agents from 138 affiliates in 44 countries—provides clients of Allie Beth Allman & Associates with the utmost visibility. Premium listings with Allie Beth Allman & Associates are also placed on luxuryrealestate.com, one of the world’s most-visited real estate websites. As the market heats up with the busy spring and summer moving season, look to the agents of Allie Beth Allman & Associates who know the business, their neighborhoods, and how to make your buying or selling experience as stress-free and profitable as possible.
