Any persons attending this sale do so at their own risk. Mogck & Sons Angus does not assume any liability in case of an accident.

Guarantee

Mogck & Sons Angus guarantees all bulls selling for $3,000 or more against breeding injury for the first breeding season. A breeding season is defined as the first 90 day period following the first turnout of the bull(s). If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided. OR, If the buyer prefers, credit towards a bull will be given in the following year’s sale, less the salvage value of the injured bull. Under no circimstance will Mogck & Sons Angus be liable for more than the net purchase price of any bull. Please notify Mogck & Sons Angus as soon as possilbe, should injury occur, to make your claim and arrange your return of the injured bull. This guarantee ends August 1, 2023. Should the bull die, he will not be covered by this guarantee.

Supplemental Information

A supplement sheet will be available on sale day for scrotal measurements and additional calving data.

Semen Testing

Bulls will have breeding soundness exam including a semen test before delivery.

Retained Semen Interest

Seller retains a 1/3 semen interest on all bulls selling. Buyers receive full possession and all salvage value.

Delivery

Free delivery on a single bull purchase of $3,000 or more; up to 300 miles. Delivery of the bulls will start the beginning of March.

Boarding

Bulls will be boarded free of charge until delivery date. If you wish to take your bull on sale day, a credit of $100 will be given.
