Well-being of Allshoes employees
It is with good reason that team spirit is one of the three core values of Allshoes. Our people are the success of the organisation. It is therefore very important to us that our employees feel good and do their work with great pleasure. This is why we focus on personal development. We also always celebrate successes.

Training and personal development
It is important to us that our employees can continue to develop. We realise this by stimulating people to follow relevant training or studies and by allowing them to express their ambitions. Employees may participate in the training offered via the Bunzl Academy, the training platform of our parent organisation Bunzl, and the online platform GoodHabitz.
In 2021, Allshoes organised several basic courses in which ‘sustainability’ was specifically discussed. We plan to expand
Every employee must be able to be themselves and be given equal opportunities, regardless of religion, philosophical beliefs, political affinity, race, gender, nationality, sexual orientation or marital status. Our policy is given in our Equality and Diversity Policy that has been drawn up by Bunzl. In 2021, our parent company also distributed a broad survey on diversity and inclusion (D&I). A Bunzl D&I steering committee was set up, consisting of employees from various Bunzl companies. They apply themselves to promoting diversity and inclusivity within the organisations.
It is important to Allshoes that the awareness of employees in the area of diversity and inclusion is at a high level. In 2021, five of our new employees attended a lecture organised by Bunzl on diversity and inclusivity. Two colleagues within Allshoes also followed the ‘Female leadership’ workshop.
Volunteer work
We find it important to offer our employees the opportunity to work actively for the environment and society outside the world of safety footwear. For this reason, Allshoes employees are given three extra days off annually for volunteer work.
