Christmas:
Why is it that we can still celebrate it?
It is the time of Advent and Christmas, two momentous dates in the liturgical calendar of the Church. Church is written capitalized because it is still one, even if it appears divided into many denominations. The fact of celebrating Christmas is a sign of unity among Christians. Only those who reject the Incarnation, and the historical fact that the Word of God became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:14) reject this conclusion. So at Christmas time and your preparation, we think of Jesus, God’s plan to save humanity and the Church who joins in this celebration. However, there are places in the world where Christmas is

secuted Christianity, even in Europe, whose culture contains Christian roots, where the apostle Paul on pilgrimage exposing faith and the apostle Peter suffered martyrdom, which took place the famous councils which preserved Christian doctrine and where the Protestant Reformation was born; begin to remove the traditional public christmas trees out of respect to other religions that might be offended by the celebration of the birth of our Savior. This work is the question, Is the U.S. on track to become an Islamic nation? which examines the phenomenon of the rise of Islam mainly in the American Union and the challenge this posesses to the Christian faith. Christmas is a time of reconciliation and that is why you can not miss in this edition Times of Love, where the message of salvation is brought to prisons in our community. ¿por qué podemos todavía celebrarla? Se acerca el tiempo de Adviento y Navidad, dos trascendentales fechas del calendario litúrgico de la Iglesia.
Escribimos Iglesia con mayúscula porque esta es una, aunque aparezca dividida actualmente en muchas denominaciones. El hecho de celebrar la Navidad es un signo de unidad entre los cristianos. Solo los que rechazan la Encarnación, el hecho histórico y salvífico de que el Verbo de Dios se hizo carne y habitó entre nosotros (Jn 1:14) rechazan esta celebración. Por eso en el tiempo de Navidad y el de su preparación, Adviento, pensamos en Jesús, en el plan de Dios para salvar a la Humanidad y en la Iglesia que se une en esta celebración. Sin embargo, hay lugares en el mundo donde se rechaza la Navidad y no solo en países que históricamente han perseguido al cristianismo. Aún en Europa, cuya cultura es de raíz cristiana, donde el apóstol San Pablo peregrinara exponiendo la fe y el apóstol San Pedro sufriera el martirio, donde tuvieron lugar los célebres concilios que preservaron la doctrina cristiana y donde naciera la Reforma protestante; comienzan a quitarse los tradicionales árboles navideños públicos en nombre del respeto a otros religiones que podrían sentirse ofendidas por la celebración del nacimiento de nuestro Salvador. Este es el tema del trabajo ¿Está EE.UU en camino de ser una nación islámica? que analiza el fenómeno del auge del Islam principalmente en la Unión americana y el desafío que este representa para las tradiciones y fe cristianas. Navidad es un tiempo de reconciliación y es por eso que no puede faltar en esta edición Tiempos de Amores donde el mensaje de salvación es llevado a las prisiones de nuestra comunidad. En esta edición encontraremos además los consejos sobre la salud del Dr García Septien.

We have researched and concluded that people who have a good relationship with their earthly father, have a better relationship with their Heavenly Father.

For this reason God says in His Word: “He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children and the hearts of the children to their parents...” (Malachi 4:6).
Por esta razón es que Dios dice en su Palabra: “El hará volver el corazón de los padres hacia los hijos y el corazón de los hijos hacia los padres…” (Malaquías 4:6).
We all need the love of our earthly father to relate more with our Heavenly Father. We recommend a reconciliation of hearts with your earthly Father.

These are some of the headlines we see daily in the media, and a self question arises parents “What is the education that I am giving my children?” Or, “how am I educating them?” This is how the children and youth of this generation are. • We call them several times to prepare and go to school • They wake up irritated because they stay up late watching TV, playing video games, or texting and talking through their phones.

Error número 3: Dejar de actuar esperando que lay leyes cambien y sean más favorables Esto es un error. Cuando se trata de comenzar su proceso legalizarse en los Estados Unidos, el mejor momento es siempre ahora. Cada día que usted no hace algo por buscar encontrar caminos legales que lo lleven a convertirse en residente o trabajar temporalmente legal, corre más riesgo de ser detenido y deportado. Aun cuando haya alguna reforma de ley de inmigración que pueda beneficiarlo a usted, estas nuevas leyes son un proceso gradual para el cual hay que prepararse y calificar buscando solución a temas que pueden detener su proceso. ¿Está E.E.UU en camino de ser una nación islámica? The journalist and writer Oriana Fallaci brought up controversy a decade ago, when she coined the term Eurabia to refer to a region that was beginning to feel the pressure and cultural demographic that it was no longer a Muslim minority.

A controversial documentary which has received more than five million views on Youtube entitled “Muslim Demographics” states that the birth rate in European countries is so low (France 1.8, Spain 1.1, United Kingdom 1.6, Germany 1.3) that it is only offset by emigration. In this sense the documentary cites a statement by Walter Rademacher claiming that Germany has one of the largest populations of Muslim immigrants in Western Europe, with a community that exceeds three million.

This trend is expected to continue for what some observers estimate that Germany would be on track to be a majority Muslim state by 2050. (4 ) It is also claimed that by 2025 one in five French resident is Islamic, and in ten years half of Holland will have the same fate. This figure has been disputed by critics of the documentary. However, according to Web Islam, in 2002 13% of the Dutch population were Muslim, less than 10 % were practicing Catholicism, 5% were Protestants and 1% Jewish. In this issue we will address a medical topic that is closely related to the source of healing that is God, because God is the one who restores. “I am the Lord your healer” (Exodus 15:26). The sick are restored through cooperation of the human with the divine because the doctor has to be contributor of Christ, who is the real boss of the medical profession. The supreme physician (Jesus) is always beside whoever exercises the medical profession in the fear of God and works to alleviate human pain. Christ heals. The doctor tries to preserve life. Christ delivers it. God’s desire for every human being is expressed in the words: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all your things and be in health even as your soul is in prosperity” (3 John 2). The Ministry of Healing, which I am faithful member, says the physician must be contributor of Christ. The Savior attended both the soul and the body and taught the gospel with a message of spiritual and physical restoration. Salvation from sin and healing of diseases are linked. The Christian doctor is united with Christ in the work of alleviating the physical and spiritual needs of others. The Christian doctor also is a messenger of mercy to the sick, bringing the remedy for your body and for your sin-sick soul. The source of illness and death are work of an enemy and the source of life is God who is the restorer. “Who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with love and mercy” (Psalm 103:3-4). He is a divine helper to the ones who are sick. In no other circumstance a communication so intimate is needed with Christ than the work of the physician. The patient’s life is in the hands of the physician. A diagnosis, one wrong prescription in a critical case or hand movement in an operation that is still just misguided by the thickness of a hair can sacrifice a life and precipitate a soul to eternity! This thought comes to your head normally after failing or not achieving a certain goal or objective that you have drawn. That feeling of frustration, failure, and helplessness, often makes many of us want to stop fighting for what we really want in our lives!

But what do those who complete their goals actually do? Is there some magic?

Well let me tell you that there is no “magic” to achieve our goals and dreams. The first thing to realize and understand is that the goals we establish must be clear and realistic because if you intend on doing something surrealistic, not only will you not make it, but you’ll feel even more frustrated with yourself. These goals are the process of determining exactly what you want and then making a detailed plan (in writing) to show the place in where you currently are, and the place you want to go. With a PLAN you will cross the road and will be easier to reach your destination faster. By defining our personal mission (our purpose in life) we answer the why do we do what we do . Our vision (what to do) answers the what. And our goals (specific steps we must take) respond to what we need and how will we accomplish it. Having goals helps us get what we want! A person without goals is like a tree without leaves, without roots... IT DOES NOT GIVE FRUIT! Think and analyze for a moment, if you wanted to make a hole in your wall, what do you need? You would quickly answer, a drill! Exactly! But did you really want to buy the drill? Possibly no, you did not want or were you planning to buy it, until you saw the need to make a hole in the wall! In other words, the drill was the “tool” that needed to achieve the nov - dec 2013

Déjame decirte que no existe. Lo primero que debemos comprender es que debemos establecer “metas” claras y realistas. Si te propones metas surrealistas, no solamente no las lograrás sino que te sentirás aún más frustrado contigo mismo. Estas metas son el proceso de determinar con exactitud lo que deseas para luego formular un plan detallado (y por escrito) y llevarte del lugar en el que te encuentres, al lugar a donde quieres ir. Con un PLAN, el camino que recorrerás será más fácil y llegarás a tu destino más rápido. Al definir nuestra misión personal (nuestro propósito en la vida) contestamos: ¿por qué lo hacemos? Nuestra visión (lo que debemos hacer) contesta el ¿qué?, y nuestras metas (los pasos específicos que debemos tomar) responden a ¿que necesito? y ¿cómo lo voy a lograr? ¡Tener metas nos ayuda a conseguir lo que queremos! Ya que una persona sin metas, es como un árbol sin hojas, sin raíz. ¡NO DARA FRUTO! Piensa y analiza por un momento: ¿si deseas hacer un agujero en tu pared: ¿qué necesitarías? KEEP THIS IN MIND: A goal gives direction and purpose to your life. As a captain or pilot not only do you have to set the course before embarking on your trip, but you also need to determine what their scales during the trip and be constantly monitoring your progress to avoid deviation, especially if the journey is long. We must take the same care to set the course of our life. We need to know our final destination and establish a plan to get us to that place we desire. It’s ironic how people plan their trips and vacations more carefully than their own life. Don’t you think? If we do not establish a “PLAN OF LIFE” with crisp and clear goals, and with the tools needed to achieve them, then we will always live in a disorderly fashion, accomplishing nothing, we’ll always be a person who lives to only complete the average and all the time you will feel frustrated and unsuccessful. If you go through life waiting for a struck of luck to come to you, let me tell you that you’re wasting time! Possibly when you go down the street, and you see a beautiful house, it will come to mind , “Ahh if I win the lottery, I would have a house like that!” Or “If I had money, I would have that convertible” and you say to yourself, “But this is only for people that are millionaires, not for me!” thinking that this was the life you lived and you have to settle for what you have or how you live, but that is NOT TRUE!

TEN SIEMPRE PRESENTE: Una meta le da dirección y propósito a tu vida. Al igual que un capitán o un piloto fija su rumbo antes de emprender su viaje, también debe de determinar cuáles serán sus escalas y estar constantemente monitoreando su progreso, especialmente si el viaje es largo, para evitar desviarse. Nosotros debemos de tomar el mismo cuidado al fijar el rumbo de nuestra vida. Debemos de conocer nuestro destino final y establecer un plan para lograr eso que tanto deseamos. Es irónico como la gente planea con más cuidado sus viajes y vacaciones que su propia vida. ¿No creen?. Si no establecemos un “PLAN DE VIDA”, con metas bien definidas y claras y cuáles son las herramientas necesarias para lograrlas, viviremos siempre de una forma desordenada, sin lograr nada, siempre serás una persona que vive a “MEDIAS” y todo el tiempo te sentirás frustrado y fracasado. Si vas por la vida esperando a que un golpe de suerte llegue a ti: déjame decirte que estás perdiendo el tiempo. Posiblemente cuando vas por la calle y ves una casa hermosa, viene a tu mente: “ah si yo me sacara la lotería, tendría una casa así!” o “si tuviera dinero, tendría ese convertible!”. Y te dices a ti mismo: “pero esto es sólo para la gente millonaria, esto no es para mí!”; pensando que esta fue la vida que te tocó vivir y que debes conformarte con lo que tienes o como vives. ¡Eso no es CIERTO! ¡Tú puedes cambiar tu forma de vivir! ¡Tú puedes alcanzar tus sueños y metas en tu nov - dec 2013

As if this were not enough, it also carries the Lexus Remote Touch interface, a central screen of 12.3 inches, a navigation system, Bluetooth and audio connectivity, the Lexus Emergency System an audio system and 10 speakers. By the way, be careful with that little screen as it is very confusing. If you have no patience or are not good at technological gadgets, you better bring a child or a tech lover to control it. There are attachments that can be purchased individually, such as 19inch wheels and LED front headlights, plus the version L can be equipped with the Executive-Class Seating package, which among others, offers a DVD entertainment system for the rear seats, leather interior and a center console that brings more controls, a cooler and extra storage space. El ministerio tiempos de amores salio el domingo 29 de septiembre a un servicio en la prision de Okeechobee, a tres horas de distancia de miami. El culto tuvo una asistencia de mas de 120 presos y en el aceptaron a Cristo cuatro personas. El Espiritu santo ministró con restauracion y avivamiento. Salimos de regreso a una carcel en Miami, “Metro west”, en el Doral. Ahi se nos unio otro grupo de capellanes voluntarios, entrando al servicio a las 7:00pm. Hubo una asistencia de treinta y siete presos. La prédica estuvo a cargo de la lider de intercesión de la iglesia “comunidad de fe”, Nathalie angel, con una enseñanza para el hombre de Dios que esta tras las rejas sobre como el enemigo lo desvia de su destino de salvacion en Cristo. Fue una enseñanza poderosa, donde todos estuvieron atentos y quebrantados en la presencia del espiritu santo que a traves de la palabra de sabiduria, poder y uncion se ministraba. Cuando la capellana voluntaria, Nathalie, hizo el llamado para salvacion, pasaron muchos de ellos y volvio a hacer otro llamado de reconcilacion con jesuscristo y pasaron todos. Ahi se les impuso manos sobre cada uno de ellos y hubo, además, testimonios. Uno de ellos dijo: no es coincidencia el haber venido a la iglesia el dia de hoy, pues mañana iba a la corte para aceptar una condena de 15 años de prision pero al oir hablar a Dios a traves de la hermana nathalie, ahora sé que nada me va a pasar porque

People definitely lose God’s blessing for giving up too early instead of putting their faith in God. Do not give up!!! Everybody wants to reach success and success is in the grabs for everyone, you must believe that you can reach success if you really desire it. If you believe you can, or on the contrary, believe that you can’t, that will be your truth, what you wish for you will conceive. God wishes that you reach success and he promises to help through his advice “Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.” (Joshua 1:8) so that means that if we do not reach success, it is not God’s fault!! In the 1st letter of Corinthians 6:20 says, “For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your spirit, which are God’s”. We’ve all been bought with the precious blood of Jesus Christ. And that makes us “spiritual debtors.” Is there something that you can pay this debt of love? “By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.” (1 John 3:16). If you had a very large debt and suddenly your creditor is forgiven: are you indebted to that person? I assure you that you are for life. And you would live deeply grateful. For in the same way, Jesus is willing to cancel your spiritual debt. And the payment asked is minimal: faithfulness and obedience to his word.

An early treatment can help recover the spaces and favor the eruption and development of the permanent dentition. The so-called psycho-social malocclusions (those in which the child is affected by his appearance and/or given nicknames by his peers) can be treated early, generally with a 1st Phase treatment that usually lasts less than a year, but with immediate esthetic and psychological effects. In general, a 1st Phase treatment does not rule out the need of a 2nd Phase when permanent dentition is complete. However, these 2nd phase treatments are usually easier and treatment time is usually shorter. In certain cases, the need for extractions are eliminated by the effects of the early treatment.
Un tratamiento temprano puede recuperar los espacios perdidos y favorecer el desarrollo normal de la dentición permanente. Las maloclusiones con componentes sico-sociales (aquellas donde el niño se siente afectado por su apariencia o es blanco de burla por parte de sus compañeros de colegio) pueden ser tratadas tempranamente, generalmente con tratamientos de 1ra fase de duración no mayor a 1 año y con beneficios inmediatos. En términos generales, un tratamiento de 1ra fase bien indicado puede producir grandes beneficios. Sin embargo, no se descarta que haya necesidad de una 2nda fase cuando se complete la dentición permanente, pero esta seguramente será más sencilla, de menor duración y a veces sin necesidad de extracción de dientes permanente, por los efectos del tratamiento temprano.

Mayoría de cristianos en EE.UU. creen que Dios da segundas oportunidades
La gran mayoría de los cristianos estadounidenses creen que Dios da una segunda oportunidad a las personas que han tomado malas decisiones en el pasado, según un estudio reciente. Según las conclusiones de este estudio publicado por LifeWay Research, el 84 por ciento de los cristianos creen que Dios da segundas oportunidades. Los resultados de LifeWay también señalo que casi la mitad (47 por ciento) de los encuestados está de acuerdo con que alguna vez dijeron: “Estoy tratando con las consecuencias de una mala decisión”. Ed Stetzer, presidente de LifeWay Research, dijo en un comunicado, que los resultados ofrecen la oportunidad para que los cristianos “muestren el resultado de la gracia” para los que se sienten culpables por los errores del pasado.
