The villa’s design centers around a charming courtyard with a koi pond, outdoor dining area, Great Room, bedrooms, spa and swimming pool deck.
Constructed in 2012, Red Rock was imagined and built by German architect Hubert Horbach using highquality building materials brought over from Europe. The villa’s design centers around a charming courtyard with a koi pond, outdoor dining area, Great Room, bedrooms, spa and swimming pool deck. An impressive 8,000-square-feet of covered space fills each pavilion that circles the courtyard, while an additional 2,000-square-feet of exterior space holds the peaceful Zen garden that invites meditation and ease.
The interior
The Great House boasts ocean views from every room. Its open-plan design features a contemporary kitchen, dining and living rooms, and an elegant staircase to a mezzanine floor with entertainment space. A sun-filled porch offers seating and the modern kitchen provides Viking appliances. Enjoy meals at the wooden slab table and relax in the elegantly casual living room. The chlorine-free pool has a Garbo Buchtal tile deck, underwater lights, a sand filtration system and teak covered lounge for sunbathing or yoga.
Upper-level bedrooms
The upper level of the spa pavilion houses the master suite known as Two Oceans. It boasts expansive glass doors that look out onto both the Atlantic and Caribbean Seas. The other two bedrooms, Taddy Bay and Coppermine Bay, offer stunning ocean views from their king-sized beds. These bedrooms also feature walk-in closets, German-made Dornbracht faucets and carved stone basins from Bali for a truly luxurious experience.
Spa and Zen garden
The spa is located adjacent to the courtyard on one side and a Zen garden on the other. It contains an ensuite bathroom for individual or multiple massages, fully equipped with air conditioning, linens and aromas to provide relaxation. The soothing sound of running water comes from the koi pond and the Zen garden’s leaves rustling in the wind. The room which houses the spa can easily be changed into a fourth bedroom.
