There are sixteen episodes made up of fifteen sessions (30 minutes each) and one introduction to the Alpha weekend (10 minutes), as well as two training videos (30 minutes each). Tonight’s episode is the first in the series and will feature Nicky, Toby and Gemma, as well as Francis Collins, an American geneticist noted for his leadership of the Human Genome Project; and Bear Grylls, world-renowned TV outdoor survivalist.
