. I really remembered who am I 5 years ago. I feel shy and not condence Even once, I was ashamed because my skill in communicating in front of many people is low. But everything has changed since I joined ALSA. In ALSA, we've been taught to speak up and give an opinion in front of many people, increasing our condence and the most important thing is we have accustomed to work within deadline. My pattern of work has changed. All the opportunities that ALSA have given to me made this past 3 years become so special and amazing. And now, I get used to speak up in public regardless the situation. The most important thing is not how big that Alsa can give to us but how big that we can give to alsa because the benets will come to you eventually.. Keep ALSA with trust, pride, and sincerity. ALSA, Always Be One!

The most important things why I feel comfortable in ALSA because we're not only learn about organization but we have something bigger and that is about family, friendship, and even love..
