The journey starts with five simple steps.

1. Contact - Call 888-822-8938 or fill out our online contact form at alsana.com and immediately connect with a caring Admissions Counselor who will serve as your guide.

2. Insurance Review - With your consent, our team will contact your health care insurance provider. We'll review your benefits with you so that you can make an informed decision on your treatment options.

3. Clinical Assessment - Our Assessment Specialists are masters level clinicians trained to gather important information on your eating disorder symptoms as well as other clinical symptoms or conditions.

4. Medical Clearance - Meet with your doctor and complete our medical packet, which includes important lab work and screenings. Our medical and admission nursing team will use this information to determine the level of care that will best meet your needs.

5. Admission - Following your assessment and review, if Alsana is the right place for you, we'll select an admission date and help you coordinate your travel arrangements. We'll also connect you with the program director where your recovery journey will be begin.
