A small gig with a good audio mixer artist Audio mixer – Everybody has a passion in their life, I had too. My passion was guitar, though I was not that good at it. Still I continued to practice to get better and get a chance in a band. If you have a passion then never let it go because the person with passion succeeds in life than a person with wise words. I was striving for betterment day-afterday I practiced even harder. One day, one of my friends in my school told me that there will be a competition between school bands after 3 days and I am the only person who will fit for the lead guitarist. I didn’t hesitate to say “yes”. I was very excited and tensed. I went back home and studied for an hour then I started practicing. I couldn’t sleep that night but only dreamt of a good performance and winning the competition. Next day was our first gig and I had to perform good otherwise, we will get screwed up. We had a lead singer, a drummer, a base guitarist, lead guitarist (me) and a DJ (Audio mixer artist). Our music genre was alternative rock and nu metal. We practiced for 2 days and were well prepared for the day of the competition. There were 10-12 bands on the ground and my band members were waiting at the entrance. Rishikesh who was our base guitarist gave me an acoustic guitar which was his elder brother’s. He had left that yesterday before leaving for UK to study Medical and he didn’t need that guitar anymore. Surprisingly it had Perri’s guitar strap which was very costly and he told me that the guitar strings were one of the best strings you can find Guitar Strings India. I thanked him and told him that we are surely gonna win this and guess what we did. It was one of the best days of my life. The day when I gave up my passion My parents didn’t let to practice anymore because finals were coming. So I had to leave my band and didn’t practice anymore. Now I am studying Medical but I still have my acoustic guitar and I will never let it go.
