With the added SHAPE program, you are free to design figures of any shape. Using the DRIVER-CAD option, FP CAM lets you import pieces designed with commercial CAD 3D programs (Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.). PVC Machines Emmegi Fusion 2LV Automatic in-line welding machine with fixed head for right angle corners and movable head for corners in the range 30째 to 180째. FUSION 2 LV comes in 2 versions and 2 lengths: with or without heated knives and with a max. length of 3440 mm (long version) or 2440 mm (short version). FUSION 2 LV is provided with heated welding bead restrictors adjustable in the configuration phase, in a range from 0.2 to 2 mm; it also has vertical vices running on linear slideways. Depth of fusion can be set at 2.5 or 3 mm while the support arms feature adjustable height. Emmegi Trimmer 2A Trimmer 2A is PVC right-angle corner cleaning machine with 2 interpolated axis, with optimized automatic cycle and automatic profile recognition. Trimmer 2A, which has a cleaning knife for universal processing of different outer corner contours, also features top and bottom units with knife for cleaning the welding bead grooves and top and bottom units with special tools for cleaning the inner corners. Work on the inner corner can be completed with top and bottom drilling/milling units for cleaning inner corners or gasket groove. The machining units can be programmed independently thanks to a CNC PC which controls programming of the profiles and machine operation in manual or automatic mode. The machine, when configured with the appropriate tooling, can handle all types of standard profiles, including acrylic and film-covered profiles. High standards of productivity and quality of the cleaning operations have been achieved by completely balancing the high dynamic performance with the structural rigidity.

Automatic water slot milling machine also for drilling ventilation holes on PVC profiles. The machine features 3 cutter heads with pneumatic feed and traversing on recirculating ball slideway packs which can be selected independently. The cutter heads are provided with memorizable adjustments through 6 stops on the stroke and 6 stops for head positioning. Tilting of the cutter heads is adjustable thanks to the angular references.

Corner cleaning machine with 4 cutter sets for clean-up of the corner of PVC profiles welded at 90Â°. TRIMMER 4F is provided with a blasttype swarf cleaning system, automatic system to distinguish the sash from the frame and manual selection of the different sashes. The machine works simultaneously on both the outer corner and the welding bead on the top and bottom faces with knives.

Milling is performed via three high frequency electrospindles; four adjustable pneumatic vices ensure clamping of the profile, even large size one. Four excludable stops (two pneumatic) speed up workpiece positioning.

The top and bottom knives can be activated or disactivated as required. They are adjusted automatically according to the height of the workpiece and can work on all standard, acrylic or film-coated profiles. The machine is provided with two arms (excludable) for supporting the frame during cleaning phases, so only a minimum effort is required from the operator. The sets of cutters (not included in the machine) can be configured according to Customerâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s request in order to ensure maximum flexibility for each cleaning operation.

Cutting-off machine for glazing beads. Used for high quality cutting of 2 x 45Â° corners. Simultaneous cutting of rear clip with overlapping cutters.

Trimmer E is a CNC corner cleaning machine for PVC frames with 3 interpolated axes and automatic cycle. It has a 300 mm diameter knife which allows, with different work programs, cleaning the outer corner on various profiles.

The machine has a vertical pneumatic clamping device that enables two glazing beads to be machined at the same time. VITRO is equipped with a patented swarf removing system so no swarf exhaust system is required.

Trimmer E also has top and bottom units with knife for cleaning the welding beads plus top and bottom units with knives for cleaning the inner corners. Machining of the inner and outer corners can be completed with the top and bottom drilling/milling units for cleaning the corners or gasket grooves. The machining units can be programmed independently from each other via a CNC PC which controls programming of the profiles and machine operation. When the machine is suitably configured with the necessary tools, it can handle all types of standard profiles including acrylic and coated profiles. The third NC axis controls the movement of the top units group, which can host up to 4 tool units.
