Important Instructions â&#x20AC;&#x201C; Please read carefully before submitting your bid: 1. Sealed bids must be submitted as follows: ACCA Asset Disposal, ACCA Caribbean, 100A Eastern Main Road, Champs Fleurs. Bids submitted via email or any other format will not be accepted. 2. Item code(s) must be listed in the attached form for each item upon which a bid is being made. Items without codes will not be considered. 3. Multiple items of the same description and relating to the same picture can be grouped into one line item and one group price tendered. However, all Item codes must be listed in the Reference column e.g. Pic 012 Item Reference No. (Mandatory) FFF-BR-2; FFF-BR-3; FFF-BR-4; FFF-BR-5 FFF-OFF3-4

Each item/unit price will be considered as an equal portion of the group bid price i.e. Unit price of FFF-BR-2 = $50,000 ($200,000/4)

4. Successful bidders will be notified between the periods September 29 to October 3, 2017. Bidders who have not received responses during that period will be considered as unsuccessful. 5. Multiple bid forms can be submitted. All bid forms must be signed for it to be considered valid. Unsigned bid forms will not be accepted nor will bid submissions in any other format e.g letter. 6. Payments can be made at any First Citizens Bank branch. When making payment bidders MUST provide their name as listed on the bid form. Successful bidders must present their receipt from the bank as evidence of payment in order to collect their item. Absolutely no payments will be accepted at the ACCA Caribbean office. 7. Items will be available for collection from October 6, 2017. Note: Some items will not be available for release until October 16, 2017, please call the ACCA Caribbean office at 662-2432 for more details. 8. By tendering a bid, bidders have agreed to accept the item for sale in its existing condition. ACCA Caribbean is under no obligation to repair or be liable for any subsequent defects that may or may not occur after purchase. All sales are final. 9. The ACCA Caribbean does not bind itself to accept the highest or any bid submitted
